I purchased one VIP skybags on 24/12/2018 vide Invoice No.E23S18/891from your 1, Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013, CIN No.L2500MH1968PLC01391 showroom. But till date I have not receive any massage about cashback of Rs.5000/- to my Mobile Phone or my Mailid. So I request you kind look after this matter and I receive the above mention cashback as early as possible.

Regarding skybags warranty
I have purchased a skybag on August 2022 and now it is tear with its middle layer. so can you deliver a new bag on same address.

Dear VIP Team,
I am writing this mail to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Skybags (VIP)''chester plus laptop backpack'' that I purchased for Rs. 2000/- in the month of January of 2023, from your store within 6-7 months, I noticed significant issues such as poor quality of fabric from inside which started to tear which was quite disappointed and it is already covered under warranty.
on 9,Aug 2023,I requested to replace this article but after waiting so long on 29-08-2023, in replacement, I recieved the bag of different model which is Raider 02 Brown and its online value is Rs.1500/- on your website which is cheaper than previous one and of lower quality as compared to Chester plus laptop bagpack and this doesn't match my expectations and its not worth my money that i spent on bag,which left me frustrated.furthermore,i contacted customer care as well and Rohit gave me pathetic response that whatever the article is available in the stock only that will be given in replacement. i am not expecting this kind of services from well known brand of bags as i bought chester bagpack according to my requirements, quality and its appearance but you gave me bag in replacement without considering my choice, you are not supposed to do so as i am the one who paid for it , moreover if Chester bagpack was not available in stock then you should have first informed me about the article you were sending.so dont make me feel that it was my wrong decision of buying from your store.
I am requesting again to replace this one after considering my preference or with the same article that i bought first.
I hope that i will get response as soon as possible otherwise i will file a case against you in the consumer court. I believe it is important for companies to prioritise the customer satisfaction and provide prompt and helpful service
