I have very bad experience with customer service stills struggling to repair my BD Citrus juicer in pune India.

I have been searching for the service centre in chennai, to get my iron repaired. It had an address of B R enterprises in Broadway. I travelled all the way to the shop to find that it has nothing to do with B&D. My trip to that place was a waste. I am still unable to find the right place where I can get my iron repaired. Please help me find one.

I regret to point out that I had booked a complaint for my pop-up toaster on dated 4th of January 2018 for which no action has been taken so far even after 15 days. Every time whenever I have called customer care people the answer was it will take another two days for the engineer to visit the place and to rectify the fault. I have even contacted their engineer Mr Sarabjit in this regard and sent him all the invoice and pics of the pop-up toaster on his request. Even after four days there is no response from his side as well.

This incident shows Black & Decker India has very casual approach towards complaints and services.

Pathetic service ... never gonna buy this company product again so bad and worst experience I ever had from this.
