I used MI NOTE 3 for last 5 months,i was fed up with this product. It has a bunch of problems,mainly with charging issue. When i connect for charging its connect and disconnects automatically. so my phone is now out of service. It also problem with update, camera, and it hangs sometime. please answer what can i do now?

Today, newly I brought mi 3s prime from my city shop. I gave my phone to my friend to see but what he done I don't know. when I tried my password it is telling incorrect then my cousin advised me to format it. then I switched off my phone and I press power button and volume down simultaneously then mobile is not responding. So please tell me what I do I'm feeling upset. Please tell me quickly as u can.

Here I'm Ankit V. Dhamane complaint that why your company making a fool to public. I'm writing about your Redmi 4a model. Company website and even though product box telling that, this model have 16 Gb Rom but actually total memory is only 10.30 Gb. Out of that 10.30 Gb there is only 8.33 Gb is available for customer use.

If your company's data,application taking 2-3Gb space then why should you not provided total 16 Gb minus 2/3 Gb space to customer. It's totally like a Fraud. I checked other company's model which were giving around 11 to 14 gb space to customer. I want totally relevant answer from your high authority persons and don't gives any excuse like sorry, apologize.

4 Days back i went to service center due to some technical issue with my phone they make it factory restore. Till now i am not getting the update version link. I complained 3 times to the customer service all time they are saying wait for 1 day but no update. Please sent me the link to update my device.

I have purchased redmi note prime in august of last year. till now it is working normally. But today while i disconnected my mobile from charging point i felt it is more heated than any other time so i switched off if for two hours. after two hours i was switching on my mobile it is not starting. what should i do???. I bought a Redmi note 4, 3GB RAM,32 GB memory smart phone online from you around a month back. I am sad to inform you that i have started facing health issues with this phone-

I have started getting pain in my my ear due to using this and pain is too much....Even i feel pain in ear during using speaker phone calls..this is really unbearable and i am unable to use phone due to this...managing this very diffciculty. Sitatuion is like that when i make 1st call in the morning after night, it creates pain even in first call...I am highly concerned due to this health issue in such small time. This phone gets heat up itself even when kept idle and ask to cool down..do not know the reason for the same and also do not have major concern with heating until this does not harm...please look in same and feedback...

I am a user of Redmi phone and before this too i bought Redmi note 3 but this phone is not friendly as mentioned and causing pain in ear which is not workable.

I believe in Xiaomi products and appreciate your product features at good price but this issue at my end is very problematic...Please arrange send any technical person from your technical team and see what is issue?

Kindly consider this as very urgent.

Looking forward for quick solution on this. Please do let me know if u need any more detail.

I hereby inform you that my red me note3 phn blast while on charging. Phn was set to flames within seconds because of battery short circuit. Purchasing date is 19 oct 2016. I may request to the company to replace my handset as soon as possible.

Charging is not done..charger is connected but phone is not charged. i trusted to ur service bt nw i am disappointed with it.

I am from J and K (Srinagar) redmi note 3 user from last 3 months. From last 2 to 3 weeks the mic is not working the caller unable to listen to me. Produces so much noise. In JK here is no service center. So please what can do know. Thanks

I brought redmi 3S prime in march 2017. But after 15 days i face problem in my device. Fingerprint sensor is disappeared automatically. I format my phone to reset factory data then fingerprint sensor again appeared. But after 1 day again disappeared this option. I am very disappointing .

I have purchased MI redmi note 3 on 6th of august 2016. On 25th of march i given my phone in the servicing center (BTM Bangalore-TVSE) for mic not working issue. They returned back my phone on 27th of march after fixing the MIC issue. From that day am facing new issue like no service in my phone irrespective of SIM. From that day to today i visited service center for the same issue still my issue is not solved. in between they kept my phone for observation for 3 days. they changed the mother board also. still same issue persist. if i call customer care they are telling i have to visit servicing center. how many times i have to visit?

Don't purchase redmi and mi. They cheated the customer I got a mobile on another day have a problem on battery while charging notification indicator not shown, Hereafter we take a promise to demolish Redmi product in India.
