Vu 40 inch LED TV, purchased 2 yrs back. Light not coming but sound coming, since last night.

TV is not working, service person visited and told motherboard failed. Reliability is very poor, in 15 months two VU TV’s motherboard failed.

I have complained on 25 june 2019 regarding my tv display not working properly. After 5 days on 30 June 2019 without visited at home , engineer has ask me to send pic of tv and bill/invoice on whatsapp.And after ward he said that your tv will be prepaired in 2or 3 day .but still there is no response as 6days has been passed.I am very disappoint because of poor customer services.

I have complained many times regarding my tv remote not working properly. last 10 days no one visited. lineup service engineer phone not pick up.I am purchased TV last 3 month before but we are not seen this TV 10 days properly.after purchasing within 15 days remote issue this issue solved in 25 days. I am happy at issue solved but after 15 days again remote not working. many times complaint noted in customer care but still problem not solve . i call in customer care he said that your tv will be prepared in 2or 3 day .but still there is no response as 10 days has been passed.I am very disappoint because of poor customer
services.

I have raised service request in November 2019 Request No: VU576255 But still last week i.e. 09-Jan-2020 I had not received any update from the VU team from the first visited date by your technician till now i have called several time to your customer support for the update on the same.

Then Customer support team gave me haresh and Kiran contact detail and asked to contact these two to get update on the same but again these people do not pick their phone whenever i call them. So I choose to write an email to customer support for the issue i was facing and after that on 9-Jan-2020 i was updated that replacement for my TV will be send in 2 day to my resident.

When the replacement arrived on 12-Jan-2020 the television set sent to me looked damage with scratches in front and back side. After specking to haresh More and the deliver person assured me of exchange of the TV set which i didn't except and handover me delivery challan with mentioning of the issue on the replacement TV.

Again When i contacted Kiran she didn't pickup call and the i tried haresh More number and he told me that he doesn't have any update and will revert me once he gets any update on the same. Same time kiran called me she gave me the same reply and asked me what haresh More told me. As soon I replied her with the statement given to me by haresh More he was on the call of kiran and started asking me why i told kiran about this with very rude and unprofessional manner and told me will update me in a day.

Next day again i called kiran and haresh More for the update but both didn't picked the call neither they reverted me. Same day i escalated this issue to customer care and she assured me to give the update within a day but again till date no call was given to me from your end. Again today i called haresh More but his no was switch off, calling to his personal number i got the reply from him that he is for lunch and will revert me shortly but still no reply has been given to me from your end. Till date every time i have to follow you on calls and email wheres you must have given regular updates to your customers.

Its very sad being a Reputed company you people fail to your after sales service and keeps person like haresh More and Kiran for customer/technical support. Better give them training on how to deliver friendly and helpful service and talk to your customer.

Now I think why people choose big brand like LG and Samsung even their product price is high its due to their product Quality and after sales service which will be much better than VU Technologies. Now I Regret my decision to buy your Product and will not recommend your product to anyone.

I just want my issue to be resolved ASAP.

My complaint No. VU 699751 has not been resolved after passing of one month time. Service centre or customer care personnel are not taking care. They seems to be irresponsible. Please look into the matter and solve the issue ASAP.

My TV is faulty since last 3 months. I am chasing VU experts but no solution till date. Is anyone here from VU who can provide solutions to your valuable customers??

I have 55 inch vu tv since 8 month since purchased. Still picture is not showing. Contact customer care begore one week they promised to rectify 2 days. now again one week passed and contact trivandrum service centre. A responsible foolish man talk to me why don't you bring this vu tv? That is the comment getting from responsible person from trivandrum service centre his name is mahesh m. Still problem not solved and my 40000rs wasted. this is my experience with vu.

Today your technician visited with speaker and now after replacing speaker issue not resolved..

Now he is telling issue in main board which was replaced on first week of this month... I can't understand what is going on and how you and your team is working to resolve the issue...I am not working in vu but if you refer my trailing mail I clearly informed to arrange for main board, I don't know why can't you understand and arrange unnecessary parts..

Also even after request today service report not received from technical..

Please let us know how you are going to resolve the issue in next 2 days?

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE, PLEASE REPLACE THE PRODUCT, WE DONT HAVE PATIENCE NOW...ITS 32 DAYS OF COMPLAINT REGISTRATION...

The problem persists since April 2020 , Multiple visits done by several so called technicians . However problem not yet solved

TV was handed over for Warehouse and returned after 5 Days in much worst condition once.

VU suggested for replacement after 6 months and demanded Extra charges of INR 5000 Since they dont have same model available , Which is purely unethical , Why should I bear the loss even after multiple followups and multiple failed commitments.

I was forced to pay 5000 since i dint have any option else I have to use a faulty product, It has been more than a month now and no response even after transferring the Amount . Where as it was committed that new set will be available within 7 to 10 days.

I have already lost 8 Months of Warranty period , I also purchased extended warranty which is again a loss now, Additional loss of 5000 which was transferred on basis of trust.

I purchased vu 55inch led tv may 2016. Suddenly it doesn’t stop works. Past one week no signal totally screen become dark. I complained to toll free no. They told to send a message to WhatsApp. After three days no any updates. Again I called to toll free. They told no more service in our company. If u want to take ur tv to third party service Centre. Why? I dont know. Now almost 1 week finished no any updates. Who is responsible for this? I think this purely made from China. No service in india. But why they are selling? Without service nd without any spare parts. I never seen these kind of cheapest and worst product. So someone help me to solve this problem.

Good in sales and looks like they are not bothering the service since 10days I am trying to get working remote with but unfortunately they are not bothered about old customer because they already charged it. Finally after paying mony through the online, they sent remote through courier but it is not working.

I have followup with the customer team and they are least bothered about it.

We called customer care since display of Tv model 50 inch BU116 is disappearing within 2 minutes after Tv is switched on. Technician visited and told that there is panel issue and repair cost will be around Rs.20,000/-. We are ready to pay but Vu team saying that the panel is out of stock.

I have purchased Vu 40D6575 102 cm (40) LED TV on 4-11-2015 which stopped working by Mar-20. Due to covid 19 parts was not available. hence order new TV Vu Pixelight 126 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Linux TV with cricket mode (50-QDV) on 27-5-2020 which also stops working in Jul-23. Paid Rs. 1500/- for technician visit on 2-8-23 who said that main board is fused and need to replace the same. Now the same is out of stock.

Worst after sales service, arrogant customer care representative, inefficient technician , irresponsible management. Never buy VU products. I have been fooled twice.

I have purchased 55 inch vu QLED tv on 15/10/2022, n i have a problem in panel , i dont know whats problem in my tv i call many many times service center but no response in there side. After so many call yesterday has visited your engineer along with another model panel what kind of service .it's very pathetic service. I need replace my TV .i m un happy this product i suggest to all India public this product is very poor n cheap no service provide n no customer satisfaction….
