How to register on Urban Ladder?
I do not have an email address, How can i register or Urban Ladder website? Please help me.
Delivery location

Spares for furniture
Sir I bought a deck chair with foot stool from yr firm two years back. All the fabric parts including the two cushions and the fabric in stool are totally torn. Since both the frames are still in good condition I don't want to throw/ exchange it as it is very comfortable. I have tried in many places but unable to get them/ stitch. Kindly inform me if I can get 2 sets of spares as I am unable to use the furniture now.

Poor response by sales team
I have been trying to close one of the orders that I had placed which is almost a fortnight. Had requested to send the final proposal for me to give the green signal to go ahead. Please note I had already paid 10% advance to the tune of 26K but nothing has been heard till date.
Please let me know if Urban ladder is willing to move forward with my order or not as I have a deadline to have my house warming ceremony done end June for which I have already booked my tickets to travel to India. If not, you can let me know about the same and also make necessary arrangement to refund the advance after deducting your service charges.
Defective Item
On receipt of order no. R323826074 on 28/07/2017 a florentin sofa, the delivery personnel already left it is found that the sofa is defective. informed the delivery team about the problem. hope some solution will come out.

Complain of recliner sofa
I had purchased 3+2 Robert recliner sofa from urban ladder on 13.7.2016 but the condition of it within 2 years has become so worst that no one can believe that it is only 2year old.I was very much disappointed when i called your toll free number i was told that you all don"t have after sale service. The condition of it was getting bad within one and half year only, when i called one of the person from Pune who delivered me the item he said we do have after sell service but still if i come your side i will come and see,but he did not turn. What should i do now please suggest me?
Exchange of old furnitute
I have shared pictures of my sofa on 22.10.2018. According to company, I am supposed to receive a call from exchange partner witin 48 working hours. But till date I have not received any reply. I also contacted customer care but no satisfactory reply was given to me. I am surprised.
Dining table with 6 cushioned chairs
Thanks for providing, a slightly delayed delivery, at our request. All items have been very carefully packed and so there was no damage to the furniture delivered. The furniture parts were assembled in our premises within an hour's time. Even small details like uneven seating of the chairs on the floor was attended. The material used and workmanship is very good. Service Associate Mr. Dinesh Vaiyapuri was very polite, who made sure that everything was done to assure our full satisfaction.
How to request a refund online?
Dear team,
I had ordered the below item on 18th may 2020 but still its showing ready to ship and no further update is given to me. Can you tell me what is the status of my order? When will i receive the order its been 1 month and i have not received it yet. Moreover please provide me the invoice for the order so that i can apply for reimbursement from my company. This was my first experience with you guys and your service is too pathetic beyond any imagination will never recommend it to anyone.
