I purchased Tata frame of Rs.2999/- and exchange it for Rs.1650/- The Different amount they given me as credit not Rs.1340 but not in cash, but not given me as cash when I paid in cash.

I purchased crizal lens in 2016 of rs 3800/-. Now my one eye number has been changed , hence i want to replace one lens. As per show room production of these lens has already been stopped by company therefore i have to change both lens and cost of same is rs 4800/-. I am requesting them give me confirmation i.e. the lens of rs 4800 will be continue for next two year or its production will be continue for next two year. The showroom personnel not giving any support in this regard and i m bound to pay rs 4800.

Sir i am requesting you to provide me necessary assistance, as per law of justice titan have to provide services atleast up to period of five year after sales. Further it is also requested to provide such type of information in advance and give services and supprt atleat for the minimum period of five years.

At last my humble request being no fault at consumer end maximum rebate ( Not full) should be extended for me to reduce financial burden.
