Dear Sir / Madam, Thanks for your response, on 17.04.2019 I visited at TITAN eye plus store which Located at PIMPRI (PUNE) They agreed for quality issue is there in this frame but 6 months crossed so they couldn’t replace the frame. Actually problem occurred 1 month before but I was not in town, So got delayed to visit to TITAN store. If there is quality Issue than it should be consider for replacement at free of cost. We believe in TITAN so bought this frame but within 6 months if it’s got damaged, it’s really shameful for Brand like TITAN. Looking forward for positive response will be appreciated. most wrost service.. frame quality very poor.
