Since one week the diesel account is deactivated and no staff have informed us. since we are paying our dues in time and when i contacted your shriram there is no reply, instead they told me i can go to other finance and shriram cant serve you. Really we are interest to purchase more vehicle and continue with you. Kindly look the matter ASAP and give us feed back so we can decide to in future that we can hold with shriram and because of this we are facing daily problems.
