Complaint about a water geyser
My name is Geeta and on 22nd Dec i bought a Kenstar water geyser worth Rs 5995. There was free gift worth 300 of two watches with the order. I received the order on 5th Jan but i never received my free gifts. I called your representative several times and made a complaint but i never received my gifts. And in march there was electric current due to the geyser in the tap, and after some days it stopped heating water. We even complained many times for this but till now no one is listening. Defective/broken MOP set
An order vide RP-494088 was placed for supply of a MOP Set which was taken delivery on receipt after payingRs.1500/-but while opening it was found broken and we advised you in this respect by email and it was returned to you as such through your agent. A new set was received there after but the courier agent was again demanding its cost which we refused and the product was returned undelivered.
There after neither we received a new product nor money has been refunded even after our several emails and phone contacts which are on our record. Please therefore refund the money paid for the set as it has become unbearable for us . We have been getting the same replies of our emails that the set had been sent through Gati Courier Agency vide docket no 527665468 and on contacting the agency says they had already returned the MOP Set to you on 08-05-2015. Is this the way your co is going to address the grievance of the customer? 4 months have already passed and no heed is being paid by you.
