Doubts about money transfer
My dad have a/c in your bank..my brother sent some money to my dad. But my dad not got any information to his mobile no. And then we did not check the current balance. What is the procedure for that??? Then how to transact money to my dad a/c ...i need your help now. Waiting for your answer.

Domiciliary medical insurance policy - not yet renewed
I am a retired LVB staff. I have joined in the medical insurance policy through Lakshmi Vilas Bank and the yearly policy premium are debited by the Bank from my Savings account every year during November. Now, my policy is not yet renewed even after six months. My domiciliary treatment bills are pending since December 2016. On contact with Vidal, I understand my policy is not yet renewed and hence bills are pending since 2016. I contacted HRD, Lakshmi Vilas Bank very every now and then. But response is very poor. Even I have not received any kind of reply for my mails to the bank. Services of the Bank is very poor.
VISA card
I am an account holder of Matunga Branch and I have a VISA debit card. I was told that the card can be used for purchases while traveling abroad. I had also submitted application for International activation and was told that the activation is done. However when I went to purchase things in the shopping mall in USA the card was not honoured. Can someone explain why the card is not acceptable abroad? Is there anything that I need to do?
Regarding dispatch of my debit card
I have not yet received my debit card, post office says they have returned to bank and bank says contact post office (RT301020512IN) ON 10/04/2017! I want my debit card urgently for some purpose. Kindly look into the matter.
