Damage in product
This is to inform you that in 2011 i had purchased a flat in "Soman Sun City" Kalyan west project that time Builder had provided us "WOODENZA" laminated wooden flooring AC 3 from H& R Johnson (India) with 10 years guarantee letter issued from your corporate office, kalina Mumbai. Now there is damages like gaps between two floors, somewhere flooring's outer border are damage. I am facing trouble of all this things. You are provided the details of contact person named Mr. Vaidyanathan (Deputy Gen Manager) No. 9702990802. i called this number but this number transferred to other person, he scolded me about such calls he may received several times in a day.
I already lodge such complaint on your customer care. One Guy Mr. Digambar came to my place for inspection he took some photographs and committed me for solution, finally he said that he is not from such department and gave me another number of Mr. Rahul Shrivastav i talk with him but after that he is also not reached. so request you to please look into this matter seriously and do the needful as earliest .I send you the Guarantee letter issued from your office for your reference.
Water closet
I purchased a water closet about 5/6 years ago. So for the inlet unit has been replaced three times due to leakage. The spare units are not available with your dealers and only your service department has to attend.
I am charged over Rs 1000/- each time. I was also told that the part is very sensitive and hi-tech (flimsy) part and is not serviceable and to be replaced periodically. No instructions what soever were provided how to maintain the product regularly. Highly regrettable such a product is marketed by a company of your repute.
As you continue to market this product I suggest following; 1. Put a warning Sticker on the product that warranty is not valid if the seal is broken. 2, Instruct Customers to Replace Inlet unit once a year through . 3. Propose AMC befitting of hi-tech products. I am looking for idiot proof bath room products. Your suggestions are welcome.
