I have a concealed cistern in one of my bathrooms which has given constant problem of water leakage. I made a complaint to your local rep on mob 9718398756 the number was given by the rep one of his visits. This complaint is pending for last 6 months. the mechanic visited once and damaged some part while replacing the deffective part. Could you please look into this urgently.

I Have bought bathroom tiles from Johnson due to recommendation of friends. The overall quality is not as good as they advertise, the colors are dull and tile materials very weak. Now i regret my decision, i should have bought from a better company like Kajaria.

i spend about 500000rs/from ur hrjonson company tiles, mixers, diverts, taps, commodes, all bathroom fittings but some tiles are bend mixer not working properly, one commode (western toilet basin) base one model, top tank one model. i noticed to rati sales (mangilal,rakesh). house construction completed, muhartam fixed tiles pending, commode pending and they are not responding. I would like to go to consumer court. i lost my money and time for this purchase.

Bathroom mixer is leaking. Registered a complaint at service center but did not received a complaint no.

I purchased 2'*2' Vitrified Floor tiles from HR Johnson, about 6500 sq feet and found it to be the worst thing I have ever done in my life, the chalk mark on the tiles needs acid cleaning, it is worst than the local Gujrat Tiles and the company representative says that it is not stain free so it needs acid cleaning on regular basis which is supported by an e-mail from the company representative. Very poor after sales service, they have good marketing team to fool customers yet. I am asking for some support but dont find a favourable support and only superficial analysis is done by the company representatives. You will definitely find the evidence on fb and other social sites about this.

Heads-up, Never Buy Johnson, I did this even after knowing the quality issues and got cheated. Kajaria and Nitco are far better in quality and reliability.

I have problem in cistern leakage problem in one of my bathroom. I purchased complete setup of Jonson for my home in all three bathroom and two kitchen. I made many complaints about it,many time technician visited but problem is repeating time to time and now it's more than two year.I will not advise any one to go for Jonson product to waste your hard earning. because there technician don't want to fix problem or they are not capable to fix. It's my request to customer care team to fix my problem asap.

I have a problem in my bathroom flush tank. It's get leakage. so consider this complaint.

I have bought tiles from Johnson but I found that the picture are not matching from one tiles to the other and I tried to contact my supplier and he told me to contact Johnson company. I got a call from Johnson's representative and he is trying o push me to keep the tiles and if offering me a 20% cash back. The tiles are not matching but I have already put more then half of tiles before realizing the mistakes in the tiles.

Please advise what should I do.

We purchased last month 35000 thousand rupees worth johnsons porcelano white tile (size 4/2) from kasaragod kerela for our kitchen. after 10 days of application the white colour of tiles changes to yellow. nearly 13 boxes of tiles have same changes. they told me to use johnson endura gum for application of this tiles and its coming per 750 rupees.and we use the same gum for application of these all tiles. so i will not recomment this company to anyone worst tile in my life. i loose lots of money and time for gum tiles and for workers charge apoxy. so dont buy these product.

I bought Johnson tiles for my house, but within 3 years of having bought the tile, it has lost it's sheen and colour and some of the tiles are broken. Bathroom tiles have lost sheen as well and some of the tiles are broken. Request Johnson to attend to the issue.

I had purchase tiles from Hindustan ceramic, Udaipur Rajasthan, We had mutually agreed that if any packed boxes of tiles remained unused, they will accept it. However, while returning the 2 Packed boxes, they were ready to accept but they forced us to unload boxes to Godown instead of their shop from where we had procured.

If they are behaving like this at the initial stage, How I can presume to have better sales services in the future.

Really it was very bad experience procuring from Johnson Tiles. Have some customer relationship training for your dealers.

I purchased 135 boxes of (2’x 2’) floor tiles (commercial, 6907 batch no.) of Johnson tiles on 03 July 2019 from Universal Marbles Durgapur-13. After laying the tiles on the floor by tiles mason, I observed there are many variation of shade and colour on many tiles. I inquired the shop and wanted to lodge a complaint but they refused to do so and advised me to do complain individually. My question is who will pay my heavy financial loss and ugly look of the house floor? I am awaiting positive response from Johnson tiles to replace the entire laying. Copy of Challan/ invoice and proof of shade variation certificate from the shop already forwarded to johnson tiles web. Hope Johnson Co. will help me out from the huge financial losses and protect its tarnishing image due to customer dissatisfaction.

I have purchased Decor stone Line , Black kind of tiles on 26.2.2019 , I was very impressive , day went After 2 years and 7 months , exactly 28.9.2021 by Mid after noon some of the tiles started to fall from the wall , I executed the was the grout and a thin layer of the tile was fixed in the wall it seem that the tile was having manufacturing complaints so ,I went and visited the local dealership (PSS.
