No response about complain at customer care
I complaint on 18/7/17 at Honda 121 and comunication ID is 1-7888379431, but till now even after 48 hrs there is no any revert. Though in Maruti they take action within one hour.
Issue regarding the shockers for the car Honda Brio
Since 18.01.2018 I am chasing the customer care unit of Honda car relating to the issue of shockers. My submission to honda is that whether the shockers of Brio car is as much sophisticated that only running with 30000 km on smooth and plain roads, it requires to be changed. But till date issue remains pending even regularly I am trying to talk with the higher authorities of Honda.
Where as for the information of Honda it is made clear that my other car i 20 (Hyundai) has been running very smoothly on the same roads and no issue has been arises as regard to shockers. In addition to above it is also submitted that service centre of Honda located at faridabad named as Classic Honda is not up to the mark. My car AC was working while giving car to classic honda for servicing but after service it was nit working and on my complaint with the customer care no concrete result was given.
However, finally it was agreed that cost of the gas I have to bear amounting to Rs 1800/- and they will not charged for labour component. But i feels that spending of Rs 1800/- is unnecessary burden on me. Still I am requesting to the customer care executives to have a conversation with the higher authorities but told me wait even of regular persuasion since 18th january 2018 and mu car lying with the service centre awaiting with the decison regarding shockers.
I again requested with the honda officials that may please give due consideration to my request and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Deficiency in service
Worst service. Customer care is only a subject not an assurance. For them profit does matter not the post sale service.

Sudden development of crack in front wind shield of car
Dear Team
I have purchased Honda Amaze last year in July'2019 from Ahmedabad. Yesterday, there is a crack develop on front wind shield of the Car on its own. My Car is fully covered under zero depreciation insurance and under company warranty also. I am having full faith in the team Honda but due to this incidence some how I started doubting on quality of the product.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Currently I m based out in Gurgaon. I have attached photographs of the glass for your record and reference. I need a urgent solution as replacement of the Glass.
