My car registration no is HR511407. I have honda city Ivtech 2009 model. In the recent past my car's front left door window glass stopped operating from drivers side master control. I showed the car to PARAMOUNT HONDA in guwahati who could not repair it, instead they suggested me to change the complete assembly. Similarly in the past couple of minor issues could not be rectified by the service centre. Every time component change is the solution given by the service engineer.

In view of the above the very capability of the onsite engineers is questionable. If engineers appointed by HONDA cannot repair the unservicibilty then HONDA is requested to do away with appointment of engineers for this job, instead they should appoint local mechanics because for every problem solution is component change which can be done by any local mechanic.

I am shocked at your low service standards to say the least. Never had such experiences with Maruti for over two decades. Deeply regret having bought HONDA. Ever since I have bought it going to your service centre is just a source of harassment. As a media person I am now going to share my experiences with your brand with the widest possible audience to save others from HONDA'S POST SALES SERVICE HORRORS. You close centres overnight. Your authorized dealers have given wrong parts in the past. I have many many experiences to share.

LATEST PROVOCATION/ LAST STRAW:

I had given my HONDA City HR BK 26 5280 at the HONDA INFINITY centre for changing the CLUTCH PAD yesterday. The pad was supposed to be an illegal one given by your earlier dealer based in sector 53 in front of RD City.

The car was to be given by evening to me. Instead the care got delivered today. This is inspite of the fact that I had checked with your customer service person as to what day is lean and was advised to give in Tuesday or a working day other then week ends.

I had given the driver Rs 500 to get to ensure that the car is not returned with zero fuel. The driver did give me a receipt also but the car was returned today with almost nil fuel which is not sufficient for taking it even to the fuel station.

The car was not delivered yesterday as promised. Today also instead of delivering it at 11 am it got delivered at 12: 30 pm wasting half of my day which certainly costs more than the HONDA BILL of Rs 5010. Also indicates that you give a damn to the time of your customers.

It is clear that they have used the car and finished the fuel and then did not have the basic courtesy of getting more petrol filled with information to me. I could have easily paid for it along with the bill given to me. However its pointless telling this to HONDA which is only interested in selling the car and then duping the customers with total incompetence on service. Horrible customer service standards.

I have enough reasons to go public with my experience as such practices have to be challenged and fought tooth and nail.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Ajay Chauhan having Honda Amaze (SMT) 2014 petrol varient. I went to Maxim Honda Mandi about month back and placed order of spare parts there. They assures me to confirm regarding this within 20 days.

Today when I called regarding this, the purchase person told me that he was on leave from 1 month and gave me other person number. When I talked with him he told that the concerned person was on leave from 1 week and he submitted the order placed by me 1 month back to purchase officer. Finally they replied that they have not yet placed the order. Kindly do needful.

I purchased City VX(petrol) on 12.03.2018 from Pinnacle Honda, Asansol, West Bengal. Registration no. WB 40 AJ 8764. After few days I noticed that there is some trouble in the music system which was reported to the dealer. The service personnel checked the system about one month back and confirmed that the issue would be solved. But till date I have not received any update.

I would like to highlight a problem I have been facing with my car Honda Brio, registration no WB02AF4770. I have given my car to workshop Pinnacle Honda in Kolkata on 25th July 2018 for repair of my damaged windscreen.

On further investigation at the workshop, it was found that the cowl top assembly which holds the windscreen is rusted and needs to be repainted and windscreen replaced. This has been the 4th time that the windscreen needs to be replaced from the same Honda workshop. The earlier 3 times when it was replaced:

1. On 8.5.2015
2. On 20.6.2016
3. On 22.2.2017

I had purchased the car on June 2014 trusting on Honda brand quality and build quality of it’s cars and have been a loyal customer ever since. But the above occurrence has shattered my trust.

1. Why within 4 years of purchase, so much rust formation will be there? As the cowl top panel is fitted in a covered area, therefore as a car owner it (cowl top) is not visible to me. And there is no rust in any other portion of the car body.
2. Why rust is formed in an area which is covered? It is clearly a gap in workmanship during any previous service work and I was not informed of this during the repair work on the same issue 3 times before. Rust cannot damage such badly within couple of months. It takes a much longer time and I should have been informed before. Work was done from the same Pinnacle Honda workshop and it seems it was not done carefully. I was not informed earlier of this rust formation.

Is this the standard of quality assurance of a Honda workshop?

Initially, I had received a quotation of Rs.18605/-from Pinnacle Honda workshop on 30th July 2018 for repair and repaint of the above. And later on they offered 60% discount which means I have to pay Rs.7442/- for their negligence!

This is very clear that the damage occurred due to careless and improper fittings of windscreen during previous service work. It causes water leakage between windscreen and fiver panel which causes formation of rust and damaged cowl top. So, why should not I get a free replacement of the damaged part as the fault is entirely due to Honda workshop’s negligence?

Request you to look into this matter urgently and revert back.

I am the owner of Honda Civic. I am not getting suitable body repair in your Highway Honda Showroom at Bhubaneswar. Since last one year i have paid more than 1.0 Lakh rupees on body repair but job done on body repair is horrible bad and there is very very poor response from body repair section.

Since last four days my Civic is with Highway Honda just to access and estimate the repairing required. Just imagine if they take 04 days to access what job is to be done and what material is required, then how long will be taken to repair the same. My Car have visited more than 8 times in a year for the same job without any satisfied repairing.

Please suggest me, where to go? Should i change my segment from Honda to any other one? As I was thinking to purchase either New Civic or CRV, now have to rethink.

Mr Rakesh.c. was the Sales Consultant.He supported wonderfully well,even delivered the 'Road Tax Receipt' personally at 9-30 in the night! He provided necessary support and arranged for almost all accessories as agreed. He is a bright Sales Consultant and I wish him all success in future endeavors!

I purchased Honda Amaze DL3CCP-6851 in august 2018 from m/s Delight Honda, Delhi by purchasing all packages viz bumper to bumper insurance, road side assistance, zero depreciation,extended warranty etc. The insurance was also availed from m/s Delight Honda, through their preferred company.

I met with an accident on highway on 9.11.2018. I immediately told the company that they have not apprised me procedure for road side assistance and requested to apprise me the procedure to avail road side assistance from Honda. Nobody responded to me stranded on highway, and even till now have not made me aware of this package.

All their claims of door to door facility have turned big be fooling. I have been made a shuttle cock. One person refers to other. That fellow refers to another one. What to talk of quality service, i have not been made available the documents to be submitted for lodging my claims on e-mail till date. At last they picked my vehicle on 19.11.18 and till date i.E.24.11.18,no action has been taken. Even today on 24.11.2018 on showing my irritation on worst quality of services, fake plans and delays , i have been challenged by sh dipender san.

This behaviour is not tolerable at any cost and needs to be investigated.

Sub.: No service done on 1st service

This is to bring to your notice that I am completely disappointed and angus on the way your team have handled my 1st service.

On the day, 11th Jan, I took my car to your service centre. Upon arrival, Mr. Mohit assisted me with the formalities and asked me to park my car in washing bay queue.

After 1.5 hrs, I have enquired about the status of my car. Mr. Mohit took me to the washing bay where my car was in the queue. I have asked Mr. Mohit that will my car serviced after washing? And his said the car will be serviced here in washing bay. I didn't see any technician on the washing bay and I asked one of the cleaning guy. The cleaning guy told me that this is washing bay and no service takes place here.

At 12.50, Mr. Mohit called me in the washing bay and told that the car is ready. I have inspected the car and car was not proper cleaned and I gave some points to clear. He told me that now is the lunch time ( the lunch time supposed to start at 13.00 but people left 10 mins before) and they will resume at 14.00 so you go and grab lunch till the time lunch will be over. I confronted him that what is the logic staying for one hr for cleaning so I asked him to handover my car.

Now I have below points:

1. The car was not serviced and only washed that also not up to the mark

2. Why my car was not serviced?
3. Mr. Darshan who is the body shop manager got angry on me for asking on why car getting scratched easily such like with nails that also the car had 3M teflon coating on it? Which was told by sales at the time car purchase.
4. Your service executive didn't show any sensitiveness and asked me to go for food and come after 1hr? Is this the way you handle your customer?
5. How do I trust Honda for my upcoming services
6. The handling of car was very pathetic. Two cars are being kept so closely and close encounters are very likely.
7. Your staff doesn't show any sensitiveness.

Tell me how can I trust on Honda? I have been owning Hyundai car for 5yrs but never faced this kind of issue.

I will not recommend Honda in my circle.

We purchased Honda City VX i VTEC 2017 Car from Indore in April 2017.

The Navigation System of iGO Primo was fitted in the Car as OE. But the system is not working properly and not searching the desired location. I complaint to local dealer and service center (Arya Honda – Mumbai) but they are not able to resolve the issue.

It seems that the this system was designed to navigate to only those destinations which were preloaded in the system and therefore usage of the system is restricted to those destinations only. I found very few destinations mapped in the Navigation System making it of little or no use. What should I do?

We got surprised that such substandard navigation system was fitted by HCIL in such a celebrated car.

I have a 2017 brv bought from bharuch dealer got only 29k kilometer back tire got air ,went to dealer because has branded tire i was excepting honda will help me get help with my tire but i got so much disappointed after i got answer from car advisor that we only give 1 year warranty on tire ,same tire you buy from market with unconditional warranty for five year, why cant they help with my issue, he refuse to help and i had to buy a new tire my own.

I am very very unsatisfied with honda local service people its like they dint care every time you walk in they just hungry for your money, they dont know what a customer service is, they even dont ask there superior for answer they become a there own boss,

Hope honda brings some change in there behavior, I am serious want to buy honda i will have to think very seriously.

Hello, this is to inform you that I,Rajeev Sawhney owner of car no. DL3CCE3075 HONDA AMAZE,2016 am facing a lot of service and after sales issues in the car. its been more than 3 months i am not able to drive my car well due to the fault in the car. my car had met with an accident in november 2019 after which i had submitted the car in SAMARA HONDA (MAYAPURI BRANCH) ehich took more than 15 days to rectify the fault. 15 days my car was in the workshop and no action was taken. i was facing alot of problems without car. When i got my car, according to the mechanics and the manager the fault was absolutely rectified but when i drove the car, problem was still there. i complained again but they said the tyres were worn out which is why it is creating a problem. after 1 month i went to change my car tyres and there people told me that the problem is still there in the car even if we change the tyres,they will wear out within 10000kms. soo i again went to the service station last week. they agreed that the problem was in the car which was half rectified earlier in november. and again now its been more than 1 week the car is in the workshop. i just request you to please take strict action against the same. i am facing alot of problems without the car. everyday i have to pay alot for conveyance to work and back home. THANK YOU.

My name is Ajaya Kumar Mishra, I had purchased a HONDA WRV Petrol (topend) model and Car registration No. OD-02AK-6776 from Central Honda,City Motors PVT Ltd. Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 03.04.2017.The Audio, Video & Navigation (DIGIPAD) system of my car is always hang and i have given complain to Central Honda,City Motors PVT Ltd. Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 14.03.2020, they have agreed that it will be replaced in 15 to 20 days but, the dealer always simple telling that due to lock down we are unable to get the system from HONDA Motors factory. I am surprised that even after five months have been passed the digipad has not installed of my car.

However, this is completely unacceptable behaviour and professionalism from HONDA Cars.
