I requested to you that I am disappointed of your sales, service, call center and area manger (sauobhik Mandel) of Bokaro, every person is misguide me and not resolve my problem.

first of all your sales executive told me your Godrej refrigerator is waranty of 5+1 that's mean warranty of compressor is under warranty. Then I register my complain in your call center that my fridge not working problem then register my complain, complain no is -20508681779. then I ask them is compressor is under warranty or not, he told me yes your compressor is under warranty.

And your service engineer is visit on my home and check fridge and he told me that your compressor is not working, its need for replacement and its cover under warranty. then I give the order for parts, he go and after some time 8.30pm he told me your compressor is not cover under warranty.

I am disappointed with every person told me yes it is cover under warranty, and he reject my compressor. then I am talking with area manger (sauobhik madel), but he can't resolve my problem, he Faber of his own staff of like sales, service and call center. he talking with conference, but every person told my feber but mr.sauobhik rejected.

I want resolve my problem then after go for consumer court and this is share with social media, every person is not resolve my problem.

Hi Team, I bought a new door lock today and when i tried calling the customer care on 1800-209-5511, 1800-22-5511 but it's not getting connected. Please let me know how to reach out to you for the lock installation ASAP.
