Dear Sir

Please refer our above mentioned order for purchasing of new Traveller Ambulance “Force” make Model No 3050 EB BS – III AC PS ABS Capacity 7 + Driver+ Patient.

As we have purchased the ambulance for our emergency purpose in our plant and out side plant transportation.

We found that almost since the Ambulance received we are facing so much problem with the Ambulance . Firstly starting trouble started secondly its back door locking system was failed and strature which is fixed in the ambulance automatically came out by pulling the door, this was rectified by your service people.

Now yesterday one very serious issue occurred while carrying our very Senior level official as he was suffering from acute problem and was unable to walk at that time again the ambulance choked and stopped in center of heavy traffic and we were very much helpless in that circumstance.

Ambulance use for emergency situation and circumstances it must be in sound condition & update but we are very much regret to inform you from very beginning , problems were occurred and we are not satisfied with the ambulance of Force make vehicle as per our PO specifications & requirement.

Hence you are requested to please take immediately necessarily corrective action or replace the vehicle it is not filling our satisfactions .
