Grievance cell is there for name sake, no support from branch, head office grievance cell, they don't strive for customer satisfaction, and show ignore attitude to address customer concerns and queries.. Grievance cell needs grievance cell to monitor... Even divisional manager ( nodal officers) email says mails cannot be delivered, why they share emails which not working we don't know... No proper response in branch so if we send email they completely ignore.. They are spoiling Canara Bank had earlier... No matter what top management don't look into any issues customer face with respect to particular branch and even manager without understanding actual issue replies email for the sake of responding... Employees will be sent for training during business which is against RBI rules as far as I know, through there circulars...

I am a widow of age 74. I have my pension account N0; 6002030012166 with Canara bank 16004 Nandanam.IFSC CNRB0016004.

My family pension was being credited in the account. When I came to Chennai from my remote village in Thoothukudi dist, I received my statement of account from the branch.I was taken aback to note that a huge amount of Rs 118000/ has been swindled from my account by 12 various online transactions from 18.12.21. the bank had allowed all these fraudulent transaction through Adhaar enabled system.M y adaar card has never been registered with my account. The bank officials have registered a fraudsters adhaar card with my account wrongly and have passed all wrong debits making a financial loss .when i approached the branch manager of chennai nandanam branch, the branch manager asked me to lodge a compliant with cyber crime. i am perplexed and helpless. i request your good selves to kindly give necessary instruction to recredit the amount at the earliest.

I am Pradeep Kumar, My account number is 5276101002882 we have taken home loan from your bank since 2018, for which we are depositing installments on time, but from last April 2023, daily call comes from customer care, and says that your due amount for April month is left. , We call your bank manager Piyush Sharma, then do not pick up. And SMS on WHASTUP, then no one reply, not at all happy with your service, we are transferring our remaining loan to another bank, but you are requested to take appropriate action against them

Every month the bank deducts the charges, for what reason, when asked, they say that it is deducted, the bank is a thief, I can't understand. Nor does the statement come. We are fed up with your bank in every way,
