loan account no. 2851603001142 with reference to the mentioned acc. i have submitted three application for auto debit of my EMI to the bank (Canara Bank - Company Bagh Stn. Road, Barabanki branch) still the EMI amount is not auto debited from my account from last 7 months (May 2020 - Dec 2020).

Kindly resolve the issue as i have to visit the bank every month and remind the concerned officer to deduct the EMI from my account.

As this takes a lot of effort and time kindly look into the matter and provide me with proper resolution.

Maine 8dec sham 6.34 ko SBI k ATM se 10000rs debit kiye but wo paise cash ni nikle or 10000rs mere account se kat gye. Mai wha khda bhi rha but paise ni aye. Mene 9 Dec ko online complaint ki unhone 5 working day bole or complaint submit kr li. Mere fir 7din tk paise account mai ni aye. Fir Mai home branch gya nagyia park, canra bank. Wha unko sab btaya. Fir unhone bhi mujhe bhot dhakke khilaye. Or last 18 Dec ko bole SBI se mail ayi h wha se rejecte kr Di gyi h. Fir canara bank Mai Himanshu ji ne mujhse application likhvai return Md or kha 3 din bad ana. M AJ last time gya pr Himanshu ki ne koi solutions ni Diya . Or manger se Puch kr bole ki SBI ki fir police station Mai bhejo . Ab Mera koi bhi solutions ni nikla payment Ka. ager aisa hi canara bank Ka behavior h to mai apna AC band krva dunga.
Pls mere payment Ka solution nikale.

I am writing this letter in order to request you about the delay in giving the SGB Certificate which I applied in the first week of March. I have been waiting and yet the SGB Certificate has not arrived. I am very disappointed with this service of bank. Over the past Three Months, I have been trying to get my SGB Certificate. I would like to request you to look into the matter and take an appropriate action to solve problem.

Sir my name is alok rana.. i had openend my account in canara bank account number 4269101007086. Which I also got it kyc done anyway.. the banker closed the account and they said its kyc had not done yet and closed my account, in which had Rs 4289.The banker said to open a new account Will come in it. Then I'm open account 4269101007743 It's been 6 months till now the money has not arrived in the new account... and whenever I go to the bank, they have said to come after 15 days or after 1 month... I'm done.

I am requesting you to help me in this Case.

I have given application with sovereign gold bond for refund amount in my account. Not any response to me. Now i very need amount. Pls give the direction to manager for refund amount in my account. I had been to Canara Bank Devanahalli branch, Bangalore on 10th of Aug 2021 around 12pm. I wanted to update my mobile number to an existing account so they asked me to fill the form. I filled it & went to submit the form to a girl sitting at counter no. 2 who is addressed as Mrs Poonam. I was waiting quietly around 20 min to submit the form & noticed that Mrs poonam was not actively looking on the people standing in the queue. It was more than 30 min that i observed Mrs poonam was roaming here and there in the office, i believe she might have had some priority work. She came back to the counter finally, i was hoping to submit my form but i observed again she started talking with her colleague beside. I was looking at the poor people standing on the queue who were eagerly waiting for Mrs Poonam to look on their issues, I lost my patience & asked her politely how long will it take to look on us so that atleast we can sit and wait if it's takes much time.

She suddenly raised her voice saying that she is not simply sitting there, she is not enjoying & she misbehaved with me very badly which was very much disrespect towards the customer. It was so disappointing to realise just because people are not dared to raise their voice & bearing these employees attitude she believes she has all the rights to raise & disrespect customers and speak unfiltered words.

This is not at all accepted as a customer we also expect respect from employee. Every customer is important regardless of anything they belong to. I really want to take a strict action towards this lady who misbehaved with the customer without any reason. I hope these complaints are not just been written here instead someone is really looking into it & taking necessary actions.

At last I have a request to Canara Bank Head, firstly please do train your employees properly on how to behave with customer respectfully.

I am maintaining a saving( PENSION ) account in Sector _16A ; Old Faridabad :( 19255) Faridabad -121002. I am struggling to get the BSR Code of this branch. Customer Care advised me to contact my branch. The branch manager does not know. The postal address and BSR code of my pension paying branch of Canara Bank and of Link Branch is required to entered in my pension documents. This is because the Syndicate Bank BSR code and link branch address and code is no more relevant.

I taken the housing loan of 23 lakhs from Hosadurga canara bank branch in the financial year 2018-20 and i applied for PMAY subsidy scheme with income categoy of MIG-1,and bank generated the CLSS ID-C0002336028 .but i checked pmay status online and its shown only application id is generated and Next four stages of pmay scheme pending,hence i request to complete the pending stages of pmay subsidy scheme from the bank side to get the subsidy under pmay scheme to my housing loan account.

Bank manager is lazy.Science City Canara Bank service is not good all staffs are lazy. My cheque amount is 1 lakhs and 53 thousand total amount 1.53 lakhs. The worst services I am getting is from canara bank. I went around 5 times consistently for my passbook printing but each time they refused or made any false reason that printer is not working or associate is on leave server not working. If you are having these much issues then why don't you just shut your bank.

I gave papers two times for my account number 605310100XXXX to get a card, but nothing happened yet. They keep saying to wait. Now I work outside, how can I keep coming back again and again? Sometimes they say to do a Fixed Deposit, then they'll make the card. But that's not fair. In the Aurangabad branch I don't get proper refunds. I've been with the bank for 10 years, my salary also goes into the bank account. Otherwise, I'll close my account. Nobody listens from your bank.
