Sir, I have demanded an armature complete including coupling teethed wheel for power washing machine model Bosch AQT 35-12.

I will share the photograph. The coupling one wheel teeth damaged and armature winding burnt out. I need a complete replacement. On demand I got a wrong pattern armature. Part 1.604.010.626.this is wrong. Where to return. I will attach correct armature photo with pRy number.

My washing machine had been not working for 28 days first I call a service man he came to my home and saw the washing machine and said that "I WILL GOT THE SPARE PARTS AND COME WITHIN TWO DAYS " he didn't came for 20 days after 20 days I called a second service man he also came and saw and told the same thing and he said that the spare parts will come within two days he also didn't in came sorry to say this is the worst service in bosch there is no any responds from bosch service center and also there no spare parts in your office please take immediately action "THANK YOU"

Dear sir it's about 20 days i have been searching for GPO950 speed governor part in my local area dealer for repair. But they are refusing the repair said parts not available.. We have faced many problems for our washing machine.. We are not able to work since last 20 days please do the necessary action.
