I am a regular user of 100gm pack of amul butter. This comes in a paper box and it becomes difficult for senior citizens to open the box and arrange to store the contents.

Would appreciate if you could come out with a pack of 100gms or 200 gms which can be storeable pack just like or similar to Amul lite small pack in a plastic container.

I had a few days ago brought two packets sachet of butter milk, The quality of the butter milk was of very poor quality. I therefore wanted to let you know of the same, I had called up the customer care on 18002583333 the response I received from your executive was unimaginably extremely horrible. They have no way or manners of responding to complaints.

Please train them to attend to complain in a proper manner. Just because today AMUL is brand leader -- Thanks to late Dr Kurien, you please just should not take the customers for granted.

Respected sir, print of mfg & expiry date on your milk product, print on seal side it is very difficult to see it. when every thing print in black way then why it not print on proper way. it is very difficult to check the expiry in this way. many times shopkeeper sale expiry date product because customer cant read the the expiry date unfortunately if mishappening happen due to your expiry product then who will be responsible. so it is my humble request to you print mfg & expiry date in clear words, so that every person read it easily. thanks.

I bought from Vijay bakery indora sq amul elaichi flavor 200ml srikhant which is under expiry, not expired yet but had bad smell. my wife eaten first so she thought it has bitter taste but she suffered from gastro. Then I came to know that it's bad, so I went to shop to return. He showed his wholesaler nanak traders Nagpur but he said he arrogantly returned back and said we can't return, do whatever you can. So what is this? What will you take action against this please reply?

Today I purchased amul 's cookies and cream ice cream and it's batch no. DAM1391 manufactured on 19/05/18. When I was eating the ice cream a piece of plastic was found inside that ice cream. Sir, such negligence is not expected from you.

I purchased 2 slabs of chocolate yesterday (20/06/2018) in Pune and both the slabs were powdery and mouldy. Specifically, it was 1 slab of Ivory Coast Grande Nuit and 1 slab of Madagascar Noir De Nuit costing Rs140/- each. The batch numbers for each are KIM0052 (manf 05/Jan/18) and KIM0092 (manf 09/Jan/18). Considering that these are premium chocolates and expensive as well it needs to be looked into.

I customer of amul milk from last 5yr. Normally milk supply daily mourning 6am at vendors at my area tt nagar bhopal but last 15 days supply is late 8 8.30 am. On inquiry about late supply vendor says distributor bhopal send late supply. pl instruct to your distribution team or co distribution manager bhopal look in to the matter urgently.

We purchased three pouches of Amul full cream milk from M / S Chubb General Store Sector-42 Faridabad on 24th. Batch no’s were showing valid upto 24th June. We are using Amul milk for the last 15-16 years without any qualms. We boiled the milk immediately on reaching home in five minutes as per our routine. There were some formations like curd but the milk got boiled and had some yellow oil on the top. After cooling it had crystals on the base.

Request you to investigate as to what went wrong. We are getting similar complaints from our neighborhood also . Request your feedback.

I have purchased 1 kg pack of Amul Curd just now which shows best before 13/07/2018 but it is not even said to be curd. It's giving a different taste and smell. I am a regular customer of Amul products since I was a child. Now I am a senior citizen. I have never experienced such a bad quality of your product. What to do now with the curd which cannot be consumed by my family. Please look into this.

Amul milk is supplied with printed and stamped in blue ink. which one is original? some times stamped milk spoils and comes with some bad oder. please guide me to choose the right one.

I want collection point of amul milk Dairy.

Today I have purchased a family pack of 1.25 ltr vanila icecream at dhobighat, Vakola, Santacruz (East), Mumbai 400055 which is not as usual. it has some roughness of sand in the4 icecream which cannot be consumed. A portion has been consumed rest are kept in freezer as it cannot be eaten. There is some problem with the ice cream. It bears the print of manufacture/packing as 07/MAY/18 DAM1271. Please replace it immediately.

Plz keep aside expiry products the seller r not taking it back from us. You dont have the right to sell expiry products... actually i have purchased amul fresh cream from the seller of dahisar east. The salesman is saying i will not take it back from u. Is there any reason of this... there is not our mistake. Help us to give it back to the seller. plz inform them and answer me back.... help us.

We are regularly taking supply of Amul milk products from distributor based at zirakpur viz shiv shakti (mr singla). The supply reaches his godown at 12.00 midnight and it remains outside till morning supply. In the meantime temperature drops as he has no provision or way out to keep the milk cool. With dropped temperature, the milk reaches us, and then we supply door to door to customers.

Any milk which reaches customer after 10.00 am turns sour and customers complain. The burden of milk loss is too much on customers and the distributor never bothers as he supplies other brands of milk and is thus not a loyal distributor. Complaints made to area manager has not yielded any results.

On behalf of customers, we request amul management to take note of this serious problem. It is duty of us to maintain temperature at the time of supply.

Bad smell and fungus on fresh Amul dark chocolate, 100g.

I purchased two Amul Milk Chocolates and one Dark chocolate, each 150 gm from "UPAHAR", EC Market, Shop no. 60, Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 700064, West Bengal. One milk chocolate which I opened was deformed and discoloured. The other I did not open but from outside only it could be understood that it was deformed. I returned both the packets to the shop. Few months back also I faced same problem with one packet of chocolate but neglected the matter.

Repetitions from such a reputed company is not expected. Please instruct to your distribution team or co distribution manager of Sector-I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata 64, WB to look into the matter urgently. Also see that my chocolates are replaced, as the shopkeeper was helpless and said the distributors paid no heed to the complaints and it will be his loss.

Me, Mrs Deepti Vasnani, hereby complain about the Amul shakti milk packets I received yesterday, dt 3rd Oct, 2018. I boiled the milk n next day when wanted to use, I couldnt find any cream in it. Usually the milk is light yellowish, but this time it was White n without cream. I hv the upper thin layer stored as a proof of it which seems to be unusual. I, therefore, request you to please consider my complaint and take appropriate and needed action immediately.

Today I have bought Amul Masti dahi from a dairy nearby my house. Dahi in that pack was not good it seems that your company add corn starch to it which is unhealthy for the health. I when I pour it in a bowl it was like a jelly that is too bad.
