Hi I wanna start new amul dairy please tell me what is the procedure.

purchased a cheese sliced packet and found the product defective i.e. while opening the packet the cheese turns into pieces. spoke to the customer service representative and no resolution. inadequate knowledge and call hung up. Absolute shameful approach towards customer service.

I am a regular user of almost all the products of AMUL. I am an officer of a nationalised bank. I stay in Amreli a small district of Gujarat. All the vendors including the exclusive parlour of AMUL in our city charge the customers Rs.1/more on each and any milk pouch over printed price. This is illegal. Kindly take action immediately. I'm soumen, have a small kirana store ln jalpaiguri, west bengal. our distributor name MS tapas saha.supply backdated amul taza 500 ml tetra pack.when i found that and complaint them they denied. told me it's impossible to replace. what can I do sir. please take immediate step for the matter.

I am using Amul milk since 20 years Amul milk - blue packet of 500 gm in Lucknow. without any qualms. But from last 6 to 7 days quality is not up to the mark as taken previously. I now stopped the purchasing the your milk due to bad quality. Please inquire the matter.

I had the worst experience with your customer Care services... I called them several times regarding the refund ... But no response was there....

I sir I am distributor of amul I am from mumbai. My complaint is ur Amul salesman Uday Indalkar is bad behavior talking with me n any time I was call uday but he is not receive my call he is harassment me n tell me I closed ur milk Agency. so plz help me and solve my problem.

Find enclosed herewith photocopy of milkbag as milk has become stale today early in the morning.

I am just drawing your kind attention as Dealer has told me that we are not giving guarantee for that so i have just drawn your kind attention as an alert citizen.
