Sir my online recharge through ATM cardis not working.when I do than it shows that do no of failed attempt....it can't be processed.and many time wrong 3D secure password type. Sir plz help out of this problem. my ac no is 50139871650 and card no 432199234900****.

Atm will be shutdown and exceeded my balance and I will checked my balance there will be zero balance I did not get money and I will wait 8 days but I did not get money.
