Dear Team, I am facing issue while making a transaction through my Allahabad debit card ,unable to proceed to any of the payment gateway.

I cannot make payment from my debit card for application form and my account no. is 50278428379. When i tried to pay it shows that-"Due to the number of failed attempts we are unable to register your card at the moment". Plz help me to solve this problem its very urgent.

I Pratibha singh having problem while mobile recharge with my (rupey) debit card as it asking for an image selection and 40 character phrase. After entering phrase and registering atm pin transaction fails my account number 50267779578 card number 6071173018006979 and register number is 9455239903. kindly please look after it as i already replaced one atm card before with same problem.
