I want my refund money back in my bank account immediatly, refrence no. 160620688500085. And why your customer care number not answering. I have wasted more than 200 rs in 2 days, mailed twice no reply. Another issue refrence no. 160620717918531 has delivered 3 days ago, still showing in transit, not updated yet. This is harassment. I want to return this product and will never buy anything from jabong. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

You guys at j abong are the greatest cheats, I have been requesting you for a refund for goods returned but you cheaters have been sending me mails with inoperative links for refund. In short I would like to term you people at j abong as biggest cheaters and born bastards. It's high time that you people need to be dragged to court. It's a shame that cheaters and scamsters like j abong operate freely.

My order product has not yet received by me though 16 days has passed.

The shoe has not stitched the properly with in week it got damaged unable to wear.

I purchase a jeans and paid cash on cash on delivery mode. But i dont like the product it is very large to me, so i return to u and done all refund procedure from ur direction. But u received my parcel before 5 days. but no credit in my account pl credit my amount.

I have got my product delivered on 3 rd aug18 (1 L size safari trolly bag), Product is damaged. I have raised a return request on same day , today is 20th Aug , still no one came to pick up the return. I had order a kurta form your website but since I had some fitting issue I wanted to return it! Firstly when I tried to return my address was showing unserviceable for pick up.. I tried so many other address but still no pick up! I tried to contact customer service no so many times but I did not receive any response! I have been calling since 3 days and have also dropped mail so many times but still I am not getting any response back regarding my query! I finally had to self ship my product myself 2 days back and when again I tried to contact the customer care no regarding my return status.. There is no response! I had placed the order on 9th of September 2018. The product was delivered on 12th September 2018 and I had returned the same on 12th September 2018. The pickup was supposed to be done by 17th September 2018.

I have been calling up the call centre and have registered the complaints, still there is no response from the team. And now when I check the app today, it is showing the return request has been declined.

After following up so much, without any response from your side, you guys have rejected the request. I would request you to kindly get the pickup done as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to raise the complaint at a higher level authority. The fault is from your end, and I am suffering because of the same.
