I want my money to be returned because the Bus did not stop at booking stop.

Bus is too late and I already complain on it but not solve any problem...very bad.

I booked gsrtc Ac luxury bus from adalaj to Palanpur. Timing was 5 50pm and its 7 30pm and i am still waiting . Location system is also worst. You are not providing any contact information , how can i get info of anything!! THE WORST SYSTEM.

Hii GSRTC

Today 10 Aug 2026 I have traveled to new ac bus morning 5am amdavad to Bhavnagar I have tell driver stop bus ladies emergency washroom in but not stop by driver. This is very bad experience in gsrtc bus GJ16AY4154.
