I made an order today of RS. 579.25 and the amount got deducted from my paytm wallet and the paytm transaction history clearly shows the payment made but there is no order details in the app. I don't know where is the order which I made and where is my money. Disappointed.

Revert me soon what's the issue?

I had bought morrf10% solution on netmeds today but the inner product and the packing was broken and when I checked that was not even a fully 60ml solution and was only half of the amount. This is not trustable..... worst site to buy medicines.

My order no nms181004193352A is cancelled but not receive the money. how to add my money. I am very disappointed.

I am going to file a complaint for netmeds. There services are too poor. There customer care service is too worst. They didn't reply a query raised on 3 Oct 18. Today is 8 Oct 18. Neither there customer care is picking up the phone.

I have placed a order No NMS1812172752627WS01 FOR Nano Leo Total Powder Sachets (10 X 3 gm)- Qty 2 Nos which means total of 60 Gms , but I when i had opened a packet I was surprised to found that you have packed 1 Sachet X 3 gm -Qty 2 Nos which means 6 gms instead of 60 gms, i found myself cheated by ordering online through Netmeds.

Is it the way Netmeds serve their customers . Moreover I had to take this medicine daily 2 times a day for 10 days. I had received only 2 sachets which will be consumed in a day and I will be without medication till you supply me balance sachets. My total course for medicine has been disturbed due to lethargy, negligence, cheating and non professionalism executed by.

I am very surprised to see that after making order, netmeds website is not having any order details placed via netmeds. I called customer care surprising they said that no account with this mail id or my mobile no "9818815744" exists then asked to mail detail. Amount has already been deducted form my credit card.

Let me give your very honest feedback, this website is very annoying and google login only worked after retrying multiple times on laptop, medicine search gets refreshed on typing on every single character, OTP password fails multiple times. User experience on this website is very worst in comparison to 1mg.

This is my first worst experience in online shopping.

My order no 1565758208002478w was placed on 14 AUG 2019. The same has not been received till date. My experience has been very poor and sad. I am repenting placing my order with net med. If i dont receive my order with in next two days then i may have to take legal recourse.

I order medicine on 17 march person name is noorjahan Begum, my order is cortel 20. You have send me tonact 20 tablet. i return that medicine. Your customer care told me 20% less in Ur amount deducted. why I get the less amount don't take that amount. I will file complaint in grahak munch in NANDED in 4 to 5 days then take your decision.

Do not deliver in right time. My order booking of the 14th may 2021 parcel coming in chalisgaon on 19th may 2021 OFD lock i investigation some time customer care but did not solve my problem, unfortunately trouble the patient who is responsible. kindly request for you If you do not deliver in right time, please close the company.

I have booked medicine order on 27th of june via Netmeds APP but till now I have not received my medicines. From last couple of days we are continuously calling to your executive but didn't received any fruitful support from your side. Please try to understand the sensitivity of medicine. It's really very poor service. =If you are not able to deliver at least you should inform customers within a reasonable time.

I made an order on 27 dec 22 of RS. 466.49 and the amount got deducted through g pay and g pay history shows the payment deducted. but 2 items delivered out of 3. 1 medicine is missing from my order, there is no order details in the app. I don't know where is the order which I made and where is my money?

I've placed order for Oxramet 10/1000mg today. i.e. 13th Feb' 2023. Amount has been paid and debited from my bank account. But it shows that the payment has been declined. Transaction ID is T2302130532286456834818. Kindly help.
