From past one week i was following with netmed team for cancelletion of my order as the delivery address was wrong and asked for refund but they just don't get it. They infact placed another new order on that same wrong delivery address. I am unable to reach their customer care team over the phone. Sent several mail but only got thier automated response and no real mail from their executive. Very pathetic service will not recommend anybody.

Their customer care numbers are shit. Either not existing or cannot connect. I sent a mail but till now no reply. Very pathetic customer service. I did not receive my medicine but cannot contact them.

I had opened and registered in Netmeds app. But why not I able to open the app now ? When i am trying to open the app, "Something went wrong. Please contact cs @netmeds.com " popof is showing in the screen. So, Please solve the problem.

I am not able to open app as it is showing my Mobile NO already exists. How to go about now. please help me.

I had placed the order on 5/10/2018 and payment was made , till date I have not received medicines.Please let me know what has happened. When I visited the website to know the status of the orders it is showing cancelled. Who has cancelled the order and medicines are ordered after keeping the margin of 72 hours but even there is no delivery. The medicines were essential and non availability of the medicine in the night I have to visit hospital in the morning today because I had developed some problem in night. My grievance is even after advance payment medicines are not delivered and the order cancelled without any information it is height of the negligence.

They have one of the worst customer care service in industry, maybe for keeping the cost low. Payments deducted but orders not cleared, delay in approving uploaded prescriptions are common phenomenons on their app and the latest is that when you will accumulate huge amounts if supercash in your netmeds wallet, they will disable the payment thru wallet and you can not make payments using your wallet amount.

Their customer care is now by default on telugu/tamil language so that the people speaking and understanding other language are not able to understand even the options suggested by pre recorded voice. Ultimately you get irritated. No serious efforts to resolve customer concerns and queries. In this competitive world , this start-up is sure to die soon, no dhoni can help them.
