I have taken wall hang and its flush system is defective from the start of purchased. Water continuously leakage and sometimes it is not functioning. i don'y know what is happening, but we are facing issues from first day.

Since the damage reported on the month of May, no one responded for the replacement rather that keep telling will be replaced. Very bad and irresponsible company and its dealers, recommended not to buy any items in future. Salman Khan stay away from the ads.

Very poor company. No action on complaint. i complaint about my tap with complaint number vide - M1911120169, but after a week no one call came. Very poor. So in future, never buy any product of somany.

We purchased flat recently in Sai Pearl Pimple Saudagar pune. After using somani flush tank, got to know that water continue to flow n doesn't stop until one presses the flush button again. I was surprised to hear that every flat in the society is facing the same issue. Somany being a brand, can you please solve this issue for out all the resident?

I am a govt servent ,and purchased somany tiles from your dealer located at Jhiripani, ROURKELA-769042, DIST-SUNDARGARH, ODISHA. On delivery, we found that fifty percent floor tiles are broken.My daughter requested the shop owner sri BHOI babu, but he misbehaved today 16.05.2020. Requested to enquiry and give us justice. further such type of behavior of somany dealer definitely tarnish somany brand and image.

They may think for shifting to other brand. This problem started when the dealer forced us to take SUNHEART BRAND Tile, but we denied and insisted for somany brand. sir, confidentially you may verify the stock of that brand tile too. MY mob no-7328840010, for contact and clarification if any.

We purchased Somany Water Tap One of then are now defective, water flow does not stop. Somany does not seem to care for the products once sold. There is no after care service. Please treat as urgent and sort out the issue.

I purchased two somany english toilet pot flush system, water continuously leakage. Please send serviceman for repair. There is no any response on your complaint no.18001030004. there is a computrised tape is running no real person attend the call. please take necessary action.

I buy closet from ottappalam 4homes showroom. I never use that closet. From start leakage water. I complained three times. Always different people came to rectify it. They told washer will change, i ordered the washer from company. But no further development. Toilet closed 6 years. Very bad experience.

I purchased a WC Loretto from S V Incorporation but during installation it was observed that the hinges of the seat cover was not compatible so the seat cover could not be fixed. Complained to the company, one representative came on the 8-3-21 ( job sheet No. 49731/ book No. 995) He said the problem will be fixed in 10 days, but inspite of several telephonic reminders no remedy was given. I have very bad experience about your English seat austin model. i have purchased before 5 months ago but that's my complaint 4-5, it's not properly flush and when seat tank full not stop water. it's wastage water so that my 1000ltr tank is empty afternoon. It's humble request to you plz change this seat i am very disappointed with your product.

Every company unloads every item in order to trap people is very bad at using the water closet so badly.

I complained the somany bath fitting but my problem is not solved. I am calling the somany complain number and and few days after a agent called me and informed, i am coming soon and solve your problem. So i requested to you please solve my problem soon.

Plz redress my suction flush water tank issue. Tank is filled very late after one flush.

The WC gets stuck frequently and has to be pushed with a pump. It works ok for 2-3 days and again get blocked. Either the ho;e is too narrow or the curve inside is defective. It was purchased 2 months back and already stuck 4 times.

I renovated my home and purchased tiles, sanitary ware, and bathroom fixtures from Somany. My wall-hung toilet is defective because it starts every time water leaks. I complained about this issue 4-5 times, but the technician couldn't repair it properly. Not a single day after fitting it, it worked well. I bought a wall-hung toilet for 21000/-, but I think I wasted my money! 4 month old toilet All bathroom fittings started corroision . I want all my money, and I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy somany products! This was my first and last car. I am a civil engineer, and I say Jaguar is best! please solve my problem or replace .

I purchased Tiles from a Somany showroom in Noida, at the time of purchase the Shop owner confirmed that any extra box or unused box will be taken back. Once my work got finished I went to showroom to return Tile box which was unused, the owner of showroom refused to take the box saying this came on order and now can't be replaced. This resulted me in loss of 800 rupees also the shop owner also cheated me in terms of returning the actual amount paid at the time of purchasing the product for other products returned.
