I want to inquire abut my order no.18173980 that i was made on 16 jan 2024. And it should be delivered on 21st jan 2024. Due to some personal reasons, i was not able to receive my order on that day. But till now, i do not get any update regarding delivery of product. I contacted with delivery boy, as per him, if any order is not received on delivery date then it should returned back to sender and order should set "onhold" by company side. I tried to contact with decathlon customer care services but they denied to entertain me and my query. I tried to cancel my order but there is no option available for same. I would request you to please provide me update about my order or should deliver it today or tomorrow or cancelled it and refund all my money back.

This is totally useless app. Dont order from this websit, if are not able to receive order on same , company locked your product and then you are able to receive that order. Their customer executive did not receive calls, even never arrange any back calls.

Size issue and used item.

I've bought a product with warranty period of 2 years.... And product is still in warranty. When I visited to Decathlon branch in Candolim, warranty section incharge refused to replace the product and his behaviour was very rude, then I asked to store manager to replace the product. He also denied to do so....

I'm customer of decathlon from last five years.....
Worst experience ever...

If you can't replace the product then I suggest, plz don't sale them in warranty.
