Called depo manager and he says please wait some time bus is the one the way... And waiting after manager say bus is not coming... Give me refund.. Bad service and bad managements.

I have opened GSRTC wallet account using GSRTC app. But how can add money in this account and how can it use . Please do something .sir, I book GSRTC ticket everyday.

Such a lethargic and irresponsible department.. It's been one month following for my refund. I think no one is bothered.

Bus is late... Official time is 16:15 and this is happening for second time. I'm been waiting for the bus for 50 minutes and is not here yet. What if someone have emergency?

Customer bus service is very bad.. 2nd time i experienced bus is 1 hour late.

Shirdi - bagasra bus is too be lated
Bus time is 11:40 and after 2 hrs (01:50)till bus not come to bus stop in vadodara bus station. Bad facilities

We are going to Rajkot to junagadh on 10th June 2022 one bus Rajkot Diu Volvo at that time no passanger in bus whole bus empty than I am personally inquiry at 7:30 to Volvo room and inquiry about that how much reservation to this bus but no one say and at 8 o'clock conductor come say all seat are reserved no seat availability at that time I asked to about reservation but no one right way that is the worst service in Rajkot depot.

If bus all seat reservation so please write down all seats are reserved.

want to my refund money 505rs because my sleeper bus is cancelled. When I get my refund my bus is cancel & i have msg to get refund.

I am waiting for Volvo bus since last 1 hours. I called to bus driver but I have not got any satisfactory answers. I call on toll free number but no answer from there and call automatically disconnected after 7 minutes. No time & money value to government for us (1800 233 666 666 ). Bad service and bad managements. Government only interested in money not interested for services and civilians.

I don’t know complain mail id so mail on this id. Today evening I traveled sarkhej-Patna bus and taken a ticket from Adalaj to chhatral but driver refused to stop there. At Bhavnagar ST Depo there is no name of umrala on sign board at platform no.3. It is kindly requested to mention name of umrala in sign board as umrala is taluka place of Bhavnagar district.

To isme ye dekhna hai bus 35 ki speed se chalti hai kya ?
And second Maine meri sister ka ticket book Kiya tha to ticket me time 6:40 likha tha or bus ayi 7:40 or bus raste me Jake bigad gai fir dusri bus me baithaya to vo bhi thoda age Chalke bigad gai. Matlab Gsrtc pura bekar hai or service bhi Third class hai.

There is no responsible person in bus port during night time. I got very negative reply when ask for enquiry of bus timing and there were only security person were present and not a single person of gstrc. It's all west of government money if public getting such responses.

Ganghinagar to Mahuva bus is comes late on Ahmedabad isckon cross road stop. It's going slow like local bus and it's going with 4 time hold between Ahmedabad to Mahuva and 2 hourse in two time hold its is totally time consuming and useless service.

My self Ashish Sanandiya from Ahmedabad and am joint by marketing field. Whenever I go to out of station i book my ticket through by GSRTC Application. Mostly ticket's mail comes but sometimes mail doesn't come. So there is no ticket download option anywhere in your Gsrtc application. So it is like to tell you that you have to upgrade your application and put this option. So that passengers like us get relief and everyone works well.

There was I alone girl and I asked for bus they don't give me clear answer and shouted me. When the bus arrived they don't announce. finally I found the bus and I make safe my self. plz I request u sir take a strict action for this. so girls become safe midnight because there was 10 pm and there was last bus for me.

Customer call executive not pick up the phone when we call on 1800 233 666 666. It always says that. "Customer care executive are busy on another call" and it happened not in single time but 15 to 20 times with me. There is no complain id, where we can complain about this type of incidents. I book a ticket but bus was cancelled and a month passed but I don't get my refund.

I always travel in Gesrtak bus but the conductor of this government bus is not refunding our remaining money.

The bus was not provided until a thorough check at the depot. Unfortunately, the bus got stuck in the mud, and at that moment, a mechanic had to come from the depot, with the towing attachment also being in poor condition. Despite strenuous efforts, the bus was eventually freed from the mud. However, after all the hard work, the mechanic informed the driver that the bus was in bad condition and needed to be changed. Surprisingly, there was no replacement bus available at the depot, reflecting a subpar level of service. All of this occurred right in front of depot platform number 1.

Namste,

I've been travelling to Rajkot - Ahmedabad since last 3 years twice or thrice in a month. I am used to pick the morning intercity scheduled on 6.30AM. The reason being, I can be on time to my office every Monday and glad to share that I am quite happy with ST services as I have had no such bad experience through. In fact, The whole staff (Driver Sir, Conductor Ma'am and Inquiry team) used to cooperate very nicely.

Apart from this, I've travelled almost all regions covered in Gujarat Tourism through ST buses only for various routes and have had amazing experience and never suffered with any hurdles.

Thank you ST Team and keep it up for providing best services and hoping for the same in near future.

We would like to bring it to your attention that, as festive season has begun, there will be a lot of people commuting in evening time on (6:30PM to 7:30PM) Nadiad-Vadodara route. It is to be suggested that the suitable bus timings should be arranged. (7:00PM to 7:30PM).

Today, I am standing in visnagar bus depo. On arrival of Vadnagar-Pavagadh bus, I asked driver Jarod Ubhi rakhasho ? He answered No. I requested, I am ready to pay for halol. I want to know what stoppages in this route.
