Sir, I have your connection on which I see free channels (7275661582) and star bharat paying 165 per month. I view the same channels on dish tv for 109 per month. In the same market why should I pay more. So reduce the charge or I will have to quit shortly.

On 17-06-2021 in the evening I have applied for new connection through Tata sky app and I have paid Rs 1788/- which is debited from my account and I have also received a mail from Tata sky for successful transaction with Transaction ID:-DS1706216001512016 and the details of channels I have selected through the app.

But on the next day when the installation person call me for installation he told me that because you we have not received in your account/subscriber ID you have to pay cash at the time of installation. So I had cancelled the installation for that day and tried to get clear the issue from Tata team so I called on customer care number many times but they only said that, you have to wait for 7-10 days until you don't get your money back , till then we can't do anything. If you don't get your money back between 10 days you can call us back.

Now in this case I can't understand the value of the mail of transaction ID. I have received even after so many requests they are not checking/ Verifying the Transaction ID.

I request you to please take the necessary steps of installation / payment refund as soon as possible.
Till then I am feeling like I have been cheated by someone.

I have a tata sky connection and recently placed a complaint for the remote change .firstly they said that no charges will be applicable and on the visit too the technician didn't informed about this too but after the visit they just called and messaged that 550 rs would be deducted from the account and after the complaint they called and said sorry sir it would deduct but from the starting i just told the my remote is not working and please send me the remote and deduct charges but now they have charged for the visit charge too. My experience with tata sky is really poor and i have not experienced this type of harassment from any service provider. I am really disappointed and regretful to change my cable connection to tata sky.

I have not been receiving the following channels for a long time. Either the screen is blank or I get the message that it is cloudy or raining outside. (1) CNN  channel 631 (2) Bhakti channel 1490 (3) SVBC  channel 1898
Also, I am subscribed to Sony HD channels, every 20 seconds or so the picture goes off the screen and reappears after about 5 seconds. This is a persistent issue. I would be grateful if you would instead of apologizing constantly, act instead to rectify the same.

I have done recharge through QR code scanning on paytm app & amount got debited but reflecting in payment transaction history statement & account balance.

My Tataplay Binge plus subscriber ID number is 1052580931, My Tata Play Binge plus is not working account has been Deactivated. I have done a recharge of Rs 2000 which is valid till 29th May 2023. I keep my box on while recharging , why it is not updated in my digibox yet? I have spoken to the Customer care for this but they have just taken my complain on call saying it will be fixed in 2 hours, they hangup the phone.In this message I am sending screenshot that you can see the message coming in my TV, Normal Channel and Ott Apps not working, Today my Tv will not work for the whole day, so that by not deducting today money extend the validity till 29 till may 30-31 because the TV is not working. Don't want an apology from your side take immediate action otherwise i will throw out Tatasky box and replace it with Airtel Xstream Box.

Been trying to unsubscribe Sony sports ten channel no 1552 and kalaignar 1558 with out any success. kindly do unsubscribe these channel.

I have a HD recording one sat top box for the last 15 years. The box is giving trouble, the TV sometimes goes off suddenly, there is no fault in the TV. got checked. The TV runs smoothly with other apps like prime, netflix, you tube etc.
Can Tataplay replace the box free of cost. I have been paying rent for 15 years. now i have retired and income is limited from past savings.

Tata play Apne customer ko same day service dene Ka Vada karta hai but meri complaint 8/2/2023 se 10/2/2023 8:45pm call Karte Hain sham ko aaenge subah aaenge but koi Aata hi Nahin. Very poor service by Tata Sky. my experience DTH service is very poor by Tata play. I am sorry Tata play DTH bye bye.

Yesterday I received Tata Play new connection with 6 months recharge online through Tata Play website but only one month recharge is showing on TV screen, after contacting customercare several times but didn't get proper help and not available invoice for new connection. so I request you to get receipt for new connection and six month recharge.

muje ye tata play walo ne bahot bekar service diya he and mera chalu set up box band kara difa he. actual muje koi tecnician ki jarurat nahi thi to bhi jabrdasti tecnician visit ko bhej kar mera channel band kara diya he or mere account me se paise cut kar diye he.mera tv band he abhi ye tata play wale lubadne baithe he mai bolta hu koi bhi ye tata play mat use karo baki sare opt pade he vahi use karo but tata play ka feed back bahut he bekar he.ye log grahak ki madad nahi karte or unko call kiya to bich me janbujkar cut kar dete taki inse kuch baate nahi ho paye itni frod company he ye tata play.

My tatasky setup box not working and showed "your tatasky setup box not receive signal".

1 din pehle payment leta hai tata sky. 1 year 1 month ka extra payment leta hai but jabhi apko dekhna gai tv tabhi signal ka problem hota hai. Aisa aisas hota kyu tata sky liya hai?
