One year warranty tv but no service,tv problem screen black code.

I purchased a 43 inch Thomson TV (9R PRO Ultra XIANE7K HSN: 85287217), (TH43PATH4545BL202206007586 ATV) through FLIPKART, which was got installed on 29.06.2022. It was also registered in time to get the Warranty up to 29.06.2026.

Now, the set is started showing a problem in its functioning. A line is seen 11cm above the bottom frame, which develops into a shade or mirror like image having 4 to 5 inches. I think the complaint is something connected with the panel, and may cause serious issues later.

Maine flipkart se thomson 43'inch UHD led tv purchase kiya tha.tv 2 Feb 2023 ko mere pass deliver hu or 10/5/2023 ko display problem start ho gaya.tab maine tollfree no. pe customere care se bat kiya bahut presani k bad.kyo ki jo maine toll free no.lagayi 50 bar try kiya phir jakar bat hua,jab bat hua to 21/5/23 ko technician aata hai or kuchh nhi kiya or bola ki aapke tv me koi issue nhi hai.hume murkh bana kar bhag gaya.phir maine 6din bad thomson walo ko mail kiya to hume second visite ke liye 450 rupees thomson ke email dawara manga gaya.ab aaplog batayi ek thomson ki service etni gandi hai ki customer care wale grahak ko koi response nhi dete,dusri bat ye hai aaj tak maine koi bhi saman purchase kiya hai warranty rahte bhar me koi charges pay nhi karna parta hai,bhai aaplog batayiye ki jab warranty rahte bhar me paise dene parte hai,bhai life me koi thomson product ka use mat kiziyega eska dukh hum jhel rahe hai,ye company ka reputation sahi nhi hai, mera mobile no.6294387748

All the three ports of my Thomsone TV gone out of order one by one. First I connected Thomson Customer care on 20 July 2023 clearly mentioning that TV was purchased in July 2020 (out of warranty Period) but their response reached on 28th July 2023. In the mean time I connected one of the reputed TV repair center of Jaipur. After examining the TV, it is reported that mother board, along with ports are attached needs change, but said part is not available in Jaipur. Kindly communicate the addresses where original said part is available.

I have purchased Thomson OATHPRO 55inch android TV .last week TV is not working. when I switch on the TV showing (Thomson friendly technology ) after two minutes automatically the tv is stopped. Warranty is not completed. So plz send technician immediately.

I have raised this complaint on same day when TV has been delivered & on 3rd day technician visited & admitted that there is an issue with TV & it has to be replaced. But its 10 days now no one has come for replacement.

This brand was promoted by flipkart employees, and i am cheated by 25k

I am always getting the following replay from customer care every one week.
"Your Replacement is rejected". Plz contact Thompson customer care.

Kindly replace it as soon as possible or else plz refund.

Sir mene Thomson ki LED TV 29/12/2022 ko liya tha. Jiski order id od426819015411879100 he. Sir tv ki screen per black dots aarahe. Mene iski screen ki bhi complaint ki thi or light jane ke baad screen black ho rahi thi only voice aarahi thi. Jeevas company se engineer aaya or mother board change kar gaya. Lekin screen per se black dots nahi ja rahi he. Sir aap se request he is ka bhi solution kiya jaye.

Worst product from day 1 Thomson Alpha 24" LED TV not working and customer care also too worst and no one responded still 2 month's completed but issue not yet resolved.

Don't buy this brand friends.

Hi may name is Vidisha verma I'm purchased a 43 inc LED tv in April 2023 from online Flipkart.

Since last three months I'm facing voice not coming from tv and now screen off some time. I'm already informed service centre and technician inspection done at my home but problem not rectify. He said internal parts need to be replaced but we don't have parts. Ones parts arrived we installed.

We are planning to buy one more 53 inch LED tv in coming festival sale but our trust towards Thomson brand not billed. Kindly suggest should I'm still buy Thomson tv or change the brand. After sale service not good.

I have many complaint TV repair but not response.

I complaint on consumercare @thomsontv.in for the display problem occurs since I bought it but no response yet. I am very disappointed with Thomson.

I can't believe the utter disappointment and frustration I've had with my Thomson QLED TV. This piece of junk barely lasted a year before turning into a worthless pile of electronic waste. I mean, seriously, is this the best Thomson can do?

Within the first few months, I started noticing display issues that were like a slow death for my TV. Colors were distorted, and the image quality resembled a pixelated nightmare. I thought, "No big deal, it's under warranty." Little did I know that this TV would be nothing but a headache.

I contacted customer support, and the so-called "repair" process was an absolute joke. Technicians came and went, tinkering with the TV like clueless amateurs. After weeks of back-and-forth, they finally threw in the towel, admitting defeat. Congratulations, Thomson, for selling a product that's apparently too complicated for your own technicians to fix!

And let's talk about the warranty period – it's almost like a cruel joke. The TV miraculously held on until the last day of the warranty, and then, like clockwork, it decided to kick the bucket. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. It's like they designed these TVs to self-destruct right after the warranty expires.

Thomson, you should be ashamed of putting out such subpar products and hiding behind a flimsy warranty. It's a slap in the face to consumers who trusted your brand. I've never felt more cheated in my life.

In conclusion, save yourself the headache and stay far away from Thomson QLED TVs. It's a colossal waste of money, and you'll end up with nothing but regret. Jab se maine tv liya hai tab se tv bahut hi slow kaam kar rahi hai. open bahut hoti hai wifi connect hone ke baad tv work nahin karti hai. Plz is problem ko solve kare.
