TV ko chalu karta hun to koi bhi picture dikhai nahin deta कभी-कभी kam bhi karta hai to picture mein lining ka Nishan a jata hai. mere pass jald se jald technician bhejiye main 1 man se pareshan hun. main abhi tak kisi tarah ka koi bhi technician mere se sampark nahin kiya.

I have contacted CC Executive of Flipkart on 09.05.2019 over phone to resolve the problems with consultation to Thomson Company Customer Care. Now a days Service is more important than marketing a product and such type of low response by a CCE of world wide net sopping company flip cart like is really shameful. Hence it is requested to resolve the following problem at an earliest please.

1. while switching on the smart tv, image of the monitor is looking like a multi color display art panel which disappears after some time and the video looks clear.
2. graphic color not looking satisfactory.
3. social media browsing not taking place.

Purchased Thompson 43 inch 4k TV on month of June 2022 from Flipkart, that all of sudden my thompson TV not showing display but sound is coming. My thompson TV is in Warranty period. Kindly help to resolve the problem.

No power supply in tv

In tv center area a white line shows. This was after 1 and half year. Please solve this problem. My tv is 3 year complete warranty.
