Cancelling of auto debit option
Dear sir
I have two insurance policies their nos - 03471595, proposal date dec 26/2016, another no 03543411 proposal date 29-03-2017, with out my knowledge auto debit option incorporated .
I hereby submit that auto debit option from these two policies may deleted. i will pay when i have gathered funds, may be with in grace period worse with fine later on. Hence this request made.

I have already deposited an amount of Rs 12047.84 of my premium against my policy no 02669846 on dt18/05/2018 but I have not got any information from exide Life insurance.

Policy no.03718050, I bring to your kind consideration, one Kiran, Manager, Sudarshan, Neha , workers. These persons of your company contacted via mobile several times during February,2018 and explained if I purchase a Goden years Retirement plan you are eligible for medical and cashless card facilities To my family and members. This is confirmed by the above workers. After only I decided to go for the policy. I received the life policy only. In this regard I several times contacted the above persons they said you are eligible for the medical facilities, you are going to receive the medical bond and causeless card on 24.7.2018. till today I am not received medical bond and causeless card. what intention above true to my best of my knowledge. It is true or false. Yesterday the told there is some mistake in the i.e. instead of the name Ramamuty.R. I t is mentioned R.Ramareddy and the corrected will be sente with in 15 days is it true or false.please furnish answer. The medical and cashless facility Not eligible. Then how to get my money back immediately. Please give replies and whom to contact.

I have not satisfy for exide life insurance policy. I had not conform for this policy. but agent was debited of policy from my credit card without my information. I think this is fraudulent transaction. so pl cancel this proposal no 04413067 policy no as same amount Rs .35996 .00

12 -03-22 Hant received money bank amount
मेरी पाॅलिसी का नंबर 02414699 है। इस पाॅलिसी के मनी बैक की सूचना मुझे 17-03-22 को ई-मेल से मिली। मैंनै 19 मार्च को बैंक डिटेल अपडेट कर दिया। 24 मार्च को मैडम शरीफिया से बात हुई तथा 29 मार्च को श्री अजहर और आज 02 अप्रैल को मैडम हर्षिता से बात हुई। हर बार मुझे यही कहा जाता है कि दो-तीन दिन में आपको फोन के द्वारा सूचना दी जाएगी। मुझे आज तक मेरी राशि नहीं मिली है। इस संदर्भ में शीघ्रातिशीघ्र कार्यवाही की अपेक्षा है। एक ग्राहक के रूप में एक्साइड लाईफ के इस रवैये से असंतुष्ट हूँ।

Maturity
I purchase a policy ( no 01389239) effect from 17th jan 2009 with annual premium of approx 24000 with a 15 years term and maturity of the same policy was on 17th jan 2024. I received the Maturity amount from the company in my bank account without any intimation from the Insurance company and without any break up the maturity amount. This is totally absurd as in case of failure for premium payment there company day and night use to call and message for the payment . I want the maturity claim details against the policy
