Am totally shattered by the attitude of the company which claims to be earning Crores of Money, but is totally unprofessional in its dealings. I have been pursuing my case since May 2015. Have sent my grievance by post as well as several e-mails, but the company refuses to address my grievance even after giving me the Complaint Number. It appears that after taking over from ING Insurance, it does not want to give me my due amount for the Matured Policy in a bid to show more revenue as its profits! I am totally disappointed and disgusted by the Exide Life Insurance. Would never recommend this company to anyone even in my dreams! My hard-earned money has been confiscated by Exide Life Insurance. I know you will find my comments inappropriate and will not post them.

The company has not updated any important details like mobile number and e-mail ID of the person who life is sum assured. When I took the policy I was informed that I will be the policy owner and my daughter will be the beneficiary as it is my daughter's life is assured for which the premium is paid.

No premium confirmation receipts are being sent by mail ever since the company took over from M/s. ING Life Insurance. Inspite of repeated requests over phone, I am told that the financial details of the policy owner has changed over to my daughter as today she is a major and I am the nominee. Hence, Exide Life will not send any premium receipt confirmations to my registered mail. Exide Life has also not bothered to update the mobile number or the e-mail ID of the new policy owner i.e. my daugther. In this manner, the company will only collect the premium and not pay the maturity amount to the legal heirs of my daughter as the company does not any details.

Aapka Jo customer service he bahot bakwas he...meri police HDFC Life me search he nhi ho rhi..meko online bhi kuch option nhi mile he. meko police surrender karni hai. Pls surrender my policy do help need it. Also I am not getting my statement regarding this policy.
