Dear Sir/Mam,

Greeting from Competent Automobile Co Ltd Una.

We have purchased one 2HP monoblock 2*2 motor pump from your dealer Hindustan Electrical Store Una on dated 15/06/2022 bill no 3866. Now yesterday pump not working. I have submit the service request and your executive from Bharat Electrical Ropar visited in our company, He saying the motor wiring got burned. Your service dealer Barat electrical (Mr. Bhushan) saying drop the motor at my workshop Ropar, He will repair the motor within 2 week. Total Distance from our location to Ropar is around 200 km (up & Down), Expanse of fright charges of motor drop & pick near about 5,000/-. and local electrician will don this work in 2500. So request to please repair the motor at our place OR replace the motor from purchasing vendor.

My ceiling fan is not working, SR number 2209013083. There is no response after service engineer visit and examine the fan. Also, I have been keep opening the service requests, because the request previously opened was closed automatically without serving the service!!!. It's pathetic experience to service.

I buy 2 water pump moters and both are defective I register a complain and the service engineer who visit is staring that I have to take this to service station I register a complain also mark mail to grievance team and today at 10 am I get a call from no. 911725357232 but still no any resolution also no response do u guys think we are dum people I saw upper so many complains why you guys are sleeping pls wake-up and work else I have few more ways to make you work pls respond and resolve my queries and rest too.

Complaint No Is (Geyser) 2209148559_01.
This is regarding Service provided by Crompton. I am completely unsatisfied the services provided by service center. Every time we are facing issue with lights and the material e connection, Now I have logged against one issue. The Service person said few of thing need to changes and charges will around 2.5K to 3K. I am completely shocked, the cost of the geyser is 7K and the service person is saying that parts of cost is 2.5K to 3k. I said ok but need the actual cost with box pack material and after 1 week another service person came to my house with lose material (without Box pack). When I asked him show me the price list of the material or actual price of the material then he said I don't know. Then asked him how you will prepare bill he said ,I don't know the actual price of the material , may be its 950 and some parts of the material cost is 550 like that then he said I will call to the centre to know about the price then I will make the bill. Lastly I am also not get satisfactory response from local cropmton service centre. But here my question is , How do I know the actual price of the material. If the Geyser cost is approx 7K the how its possible price of material almost 3K?.

I am just thinking I will throw the Geyser and never will purchase the Crompton Product and Also I will suggest to others never purchase the Crompton Product.

Note:
1. I have already paid the advance amount of 500Rs which is still with Crompton service center . 2. Also the cromton service person came today to my home look like a Local Person . Complaint No Is _2209148559_01 I have attached the Material pic and Complaint Copy job sheet.

We bought water motor on 21 Aug 2022 pressure is water pressure on coming very Please do needful. Its very urgent our home water tank is not filling.

I purchased the fan from your dealer. It is on two years warranty/Guarantee. Now, when I asked the dealer he came and made the repair asked me to pay RS. 800/-(Eight hundred only). I paid. But it is under warranty/Guarantee period. Please reimburse the amount. I sent a letter also regarding this 30/12/2020 from korrattur with warranty card xerox, Bill receipt paid xerox.

आदरणीय महोदय आपसे निवेदन करना है दिनांक 03/07/2021 को crompton का मोटर पंप खरीदा गया था जो कि वह खराब हो गया जिसका वारंटी रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर /serial no- LLMA1TH000359(DL66226) यह है जो कि वारंटी के अंदर आता है दिनाक 01/04/2022 आपके सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया गया जिसका सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नंबर- 2204007507/01 है कि पहले की तुलना में मोटर पंप बहुत ही कम प्रेसर में पानी दे रहा है और पानी भी गंदा आ रहा जो कि वह उचित नही है तथा हम संतुष्ट भी नही है 1 वर्ष भी पूरा नही हुआ है और पंप में ऐसी खराबी आ रही है सर्विस सेंटर पर पहले हमसे कहा गया कि रिप्लेसमेन्ट करने के लिए बोला गया पर उसे ठीक करके दे दिया गया और वह कम प्रेसर में पानी दे रहा है आपसे निवेदन है कि crompton का मोटर को रेपल्समेन्ट करवा दिया जाए जो कि वारंटी में आता है पुनः हमने दिनांक-03-04-2022 को जिसका सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नंबर-2204016338/01 है जिस पर कोई प्रक्रिया नही की गई है आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान किया जाए

I am extremely sorry to write you that i have tried to contact you over your free telephone number but it could not possible. That the above mentioned motor was purchased from Sriram Construction (Ghaziabad) on 08/11/2022.(Amol Construction). We have lodge complain since one month. Every time Engg calls and take the site address and details but doesn't turn up. So, please contact me or send some one of your company to look after the baby roller ASAP and solve our problem.

I purchased Crompton cooler on 16-05-2022 from Rastogi Enterprises, Meerut.

After purchasing the cooler, I had some technical issues in cooler then I’ve raised complaint & engineer visited & repaired. After some time again cooler was having some technical issue & then repaired & after again same repeated. From the date of purchase this cooler is not working properly.

Latest, on 11-04-2023 I’ve raised fresh complaint that was cancelled by service person because he was late to attend complaint call & he requested to raise fresh complaint on 13-05-2023 & he had replaced motor of cooler but after 30-40 minutes cooler again went off & I call back to engineer & service center & informed them that again cooler is not working & then again ordered new motor.

I think that was my big mistake to choose CROMPTON instead of other companies. Next month the cooler warranty will expire & this cooler will go to scrap. Still cooler is not in working condition.

I am writing to formally complain about a recent interaction I had with Sanket Ghadigaonkar, a service manager at your company. On June 03, 2024, I received a call from Mr. Ghadigaonkar regarding a damaged chimney glass.

In our conversation, I explained, as detailed in a previous email, that the damage to the chimney glass is physically impossible to have occurred from our end. However, Mr. Ghadigaonkar was dismissive and refused to acknowledge this fact. His overall demeanor was rude and unprofessional, making it difficult to have a productive conversation.

Due to the nature of the damage and Mr. Ghadigaonkar's unwillingness to consider my explanation, I would like to escalate this issue to a higher level .
I believe a fresh perspective is necessary to reach a fair resolution.

This letter is to register a complaint regarding a damaged chimney glass for a chimney I purchased from your company in December 2022. The chimney was installed in May 2023 by a licensed professional following a home renovation.

Today, I got a noise of sudden breakage of the chimney glass, even though the chimney was not turned on. I am disappointed with this occurrence, especially considering the newness of the appliance.

I kindly request a replacement for the damaged chimney glass at no charge. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt and a picture of the damaged glass for your reference.
