I have brought cromton cooler last year, it's not working properly. In the last one year it 3 complaints I have registered, still it's not working properly.Pls send ur salesman to novo texcom pvt.ltd 23 & 23A sector no-3 pithampur.

We have purchased new geyser after fresh installation its not at all working.its just lying down.my complaint no 1904150798 registered on 19th April 2019 ,so far we have not received any call from service engineer.its pathetic service. since its brand new unit and not working please replace the unit or refund the amount. call center not responding.

I am not able to reach customer care either on phone or email. Due long waiting duration on phone , and even if we wait for the long duration call gets disconnected automatically. And there are issues trying to reach customer care through e mail. Can the concerned authorities help me to register my complaint. I will be thankful. My contact no. 8186044425.

I purchased ceiling fan 1200mm on 1.5.19. Noisy in operation. I have purchased Crompton Air cooler for RS 9200/ vide Spencer's Retail Ltd Warangal Telangana vide bill no.148039 -3 date 7 -4 -2016 But cooler not worked properly since purchase.Again I paid to Authorise services RS 1800/for repairs, But again same problem, cooler not worked even 3 days.

This is very unfortunate to intimate you that there is no response from the Service Centre people ( FOR THE RAISED ONLINE COMPLAINT NO.1910119614 regarding trouble in ceiling FAN, on dated 15.10.2019) even after making call several times on the contact no. received in sms from customer care for last 8 days. They are continuously postponing to come . When I called the customer care, I came to know that they in fact closed my complaint without even attending the same. I had to revive the complaint once again. Kindly help me and take action take action against the service center people.

There is not good happening, and this is the first time we seeing that a brand like Crompton sells such useless water pump whose performance is “0” (zero). I purchased water pump 10 feb-2020, but after few month pump is not working proper, every time air taking,

I also registered complaint but There are no buddy give response from Crompton authorized service center. I am very fasted from Crompton service, now I want to replace this motor with a good quality motor or else refund the money back to us as service center Owner and Staff is very rude !"

Please look into this and resolve the matter to the full stop seeing that the Crompton pump works.

Dear Concern,

This is inform to you that, I was purchased a brand new Crompton water pump for my home on dated 07.05.2020 through Modern Building Material Stores. After one week some issue was happened & motor was got break down. Then we have complaint customer care via complaint No. 2005026180 & brief the issue. After inspection of said motor by service engineer Motor Wall are damage hence need to repair. We ask him to replace the motor as said was recently purchased.

We have suggested him to replace the Motor with new fresh one because it was purchased in between 10 days but he deny & he is also not ready to replace the same.

I am using Crompton products since last 10 years without any issue but due to such incident which was happened with service engineer. Requesting you to please help me to replace the same against DOA as soon as possible.

I purchased a water pump of crompton however it's not at all functioning well. I bought it on 2nd july and its 7th pump is not able to pull water. I registered a complaint via website and an inexperienced guy came and said there is nothing wrong without even checking anything. I am going to consumer court now.

I purchase 3 crompton fans in November 2018. Last some months one fan making lots of noise. Could not make a complaint due to lock down. It seems that bearing has some problem or could be something with machine. My fans are under company warranty. Please send your person and get default part replaced.

I had made a complaint at your nos 1800 419 0505 on 28th August 17.40 hours . Was told someone will call and come. Neither complaint nos was given nor no one called. wasted my approx 12 minute in that call. Also same time send online complaint through your website crompton.co.in/contact-us/. Again no response.

So thoughT no point of making call or filing online complaint but send email so that I have record at my end. Pl get the fan repaired at the earliest.
