Hi,

While generating online password I am getting the "801- Wrong Account Number/KYC Details" error message. I contact to your customer care team and they suggested to send a mail to complaints team. Same day I did the email regarding the issue and received their response to share the error message in JPG format on March 20. On March 21, I have sent the email but till now no response received from your end.

I request you to please look into this matter asap.

without information me monthly charges deducted from my savings account by central bank. also now 31august 23, 84+gst15 deducted money from my account. why? and Why not informed us before deduct ?
