Sir,
It is not first time, and will be common problem for all customers who have an account in manipur. I have an saving account on your bank and I have been enjoying a personal loan also. Most of payment or transaction is depend on my mobile banking. But unlikely with others top dominated bank like SBI, the service provided by you is too lagging and facing too many problems like unable to log in, cashless ATM, ATM crashed, not responding transaction msg etc. Since a month I couldn't use my ATM without any reason, I couldn't use mobile banking, and as well as haven't received widrawal or deposit msg. I use all transactions with blind. I hope so, you will fixed this inconvenience problems earlier soon.

Respected Sir/Madam

I have my joint saving account with account number - 1784282304 in Central Bank of India, Gopalganj.

For about two months I have given a application to add my mobile number 6204496236 but till the date it has not been done. In between these two months I have given one more application in the bank regarding the same issue but it seems they are in no mood to see the customer problems.

With due respect and hope I am writing here and hope that the needful act will be done.

Respected sir,

The service of central bank of India is very poor. the manager and all the service man talk to the public very rudely and they don't work as good as we expect. if you want to open a account you have to go minimum 10 times in it. I'm very tired of this branch that's why I'm going to close my account from here.

I am the existing customer of central bank. My account number is 3532790354. My debit /ATM card was expired in May 2021. I went to the branch to apply new debit/ATM card on 14th June 2021. I had applied on the same day. The concerned person told that it will take 25 days to get the card and asked to come after 25 days.

When on 22nd July we went to take our card, the staff said we had still not received it in the branch and we don't have any information regarding it. They told to contact customer care.

Kindly help me with this. I am facing problems to withdraw cash from my account.

I am facing lot of problems. Being a 65+ yrs, it is difficult for me to visit bank again n again. Kindly dispatch the same to my home address.

I have been struggling to contact Central Bank officials in regard to my pension credit that was stopped by bank without notice. No bank official is answering our calls nor are they replying e mails. It's difficult to contact anyone.

I am Rahul from jharkhand gumlA yesterday I went to central bank of India at gumla. I fill that withdrawal form 200rs. I submitted that form with passbook but I don't have my photo in the passbook, I submitted and to cashier but he said I am not giving you money.. and that cashier misbehaved with me. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am holding Savings Account No. 3409987285 with your Nehru Nagar, Kurla East, Mumbai 400024 Branch.

I have noticed that my account has been debited towards PC SMS charges of Rs.17.70 for last two quarters i.e. from 28th June 2021.

Please note that I have not opted for any SMS services. The charges are being levied and deducted without my permission and knowledge. Please look into the matter and immediately reverse the charges and stop this SMS service.

Why Central Bank of India, Madhurapur Tara Branch of SAMASTIPUR District, Bihar Branch Opening "Cheque box Weekly", by saying that there is shortage of Staffs etc, which time killing of needful customers, also noted that most of time Cash are not available before noon (Pre Lunch) and even entire day or two is shameful and ridiculous customer service!

I am one of your account holder in addison building branch, I received one SMS my account has benn marked lien of Rs.50,000/- with 04 reason, I don't no reason 04, I call the branch so many times he is not response. Today my opening bal.Rs.6871.42, I received the credit for Rs.22500/- total Bal. is 29371.42 I received another SMS again my clear balance for rs.29371.42, and Cl.Cr.20628.58 I don't no the reason for clear balance. With respect say that I am DEEPAK KUMAR JHA, Account no-3623648363. I have a bank account in central bank of india pandaul. My account has not linked with my mobile number. So I summited application six days before for link my mobile number. But bank staff take respond not good. I have some emergency so last six days I request bank manager. But they threaded me. And told me what will do if they do not? And misbehave me to threaten close your bank account my bank.

Therefore humble request that please help me to solve my problem shortly.

Dear sir/madam

I have a complain from your telephone Operator at Petlad road, Nadiad Gujrat Branch, she is not giving proper answer and Doing Miss behaviour on Phone. Today I call her and ask that there is 48 rupees deduct from my bank account can you please tell me the reason for deduction? And she answer me please come on branch and solve your quarry. And also tell me don't call on this number for this types of small problem.

So please do action against her.

Sir mare dura (rs10000) niklne me ATM se paisa prapt nhi hua or mare khata se paisa kat gai.
Ata sriman se anurodh ha Ki is cash ko jald se jald solve kar de.
