I have ordered for pigeon non stick cookware set on 9th December 2022 worth rupees 1304/- and it was delivered on 11th December in which it was a empty box that product is missing for me so suddenly i have raised complaint to the company and from their grievance team they told me to wait for 24 hours and after then no one is contacted me and i have raised complaint again and again and i have written to their grievance team again and they contacted me after five days on the call they told me they requested seller to provide refund and the seller also accepted to provide refund but after that the call got disconnected so again i tried to contact them then I can see that they blocked my Flipkart account without intimating me and not provided the refund for the missing product. Please help me to get my refund money for the missing product. They Sent me empty box and blocked my account please do help me to get refund money.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to show my disappointment and the inability to give back a refund for my purchase of Nothing Phone 1. I had ordered this phone on 8th of January 2023. I received the parcel on 10th of January, immediately after receiving the parcel, the phone showed a sim card error and thus I applied for a Return/Refund. After a technician visit on 11th of january I was informed that the phone has a defect and cannot be repaired or replaced and hence I was told for a refund. After a few days the refund started again and I was assigned a technician visit. The technician came and visited me on the 17th January, he promised us a refund and initiated the approval for the same. The pickup guy came on 18th of January and after checking the phone, he said that the IMEI number didn't match and it was showing an error. Today on the 21st of January I received a message saying that the pickup will be conducted today with a contact number of the pickup guy, after calling him he told me that he CANNOT come and pick up the phone because of the IMEI number mismatch and that the service centre has to Email the pickup guy to come and pickup the phone, then only he will come and collect the phone. After contacting the Ekart team, they told me that if you Email the pickup guy then only he will come and collect, otherwise we will NOT collect my phone. I cannot express how frustrated I am and how much disappointed I am in Flipkart and its Service center. I eagerly force you to Refund my money as soon as possible. I had ordered a Bluetooth boat rockerz 255 pro+ on 30.12.2022 and i received a damaged product on 1.1.2023. Then i requested for replacement but it was cancelled by seller 4 times, then on 5th attempt it was done successfully but i got a different product in replacement. Then i requested for refund but my return request was cancelled by seller 7 times continuously. On my 8th attempt finally i got a text msg that your pickup has been arranged n my product was picked up on 21.02.2023 in evening time n at 8.21pm i got a text ms that your refund is rejected and when i call to flipkart executive they told me every time that according to seller your product is not picked up. Every time i call to customer executive for getting my money back they always told me that our team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours via call or via mail. But i did not get any mail or call by flipkart.
Sir i feel i am fooled by flipkart n by seller as well. Whenever they demand for product photo from any angle i always did that. I shared more that 50 photos at different different time. But even after that i face many rejections for my product n after picking up also. I m suffering till now. Now customer care executive is telling me that your refund request can not be raised because it has reached on its highest limit. After 4 months of mental suffering i do not get my money back. Hi Flipkart team,

MY name is Nadim akthar I was purchase a ADSUN frameless 80CM ( Order ID - OD328030311081281100 ) that are received in damaged condition there is a display issue on it I also attached a photo of damaged LCD you can see. Those technician come from jeeves he installed a LCD and when installation is completed Then saw that there is a display issue in the LCD, at the same time they put a return request. my bank account was not added on flipkart as you can see i did cash on delivery.I spoke to your support executive they said cancel the return request and put it again I canceled it and put the return request again by adding bank account No technical is coming now.

I have not received any call from any technician since 19 May 2023, now he is saying that the technician had come, he did not return this LCD. According to him he said man but I don't have any call from a technician and my return request has been canceled 3 times neither i have any call nor any technician came.Today they had to come to the technician today but they did not come today and last night i mean on 24th the return request got canceled

Till now none of my problem has been solved, I request you to solve my problem He has the photos of the defector LCD which I have attached before Angad a technician came I am also sharing his number on this, if you want to contact him, you can ask that he had opened the TV when he came. He himself opened that TV and that display was small inside it, so he immediately put a return request, my bank account didn't add on Flipkart, so I canceled And after adding the bank account, I put the return request again.

Refund amount, product was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for return of amount but i only keep getting promises.
