New registeration issue, document uploaded not getting any msg
BP number- 4001406252 and Mobile no-8839728305 and E-mail ID-vivekbillowria @gmail.com. Document uploaded about One week. not verified till date. Calling customer care ten times to verify my document and send link for payment. Reply that we will send the link in the 24Hrs and within two to three days your connection will be activated. After wait for two more days again call the customer care for the same issue and got the same reply. What is to be done for this connection, please explain it is easy for me, I am fed up with such type of service you are going to provide. Your early resolution/response will be appreciated and is helpful to customer.

Waiting for connection
My BP number is 4001439668 and my new PNG installation was done last Friday 3rd June 2022. Since then there has been no updates/visits for enabling my gas connection. I have been calling up customer care for the last 4 days only to hear that no details regarding installation has been done from backend and each and every time I am asked to run outside and give the meter number. I have made almost a dozen calls now and if my connection is not enabled by today, I will escalate the matter to the highest authority.

Dear sir, good afternoon. please solve my problem about the pending gas connection.
Complaint non reading of meter
Your area outlet office raised a bill of Rs. 1630/- domestic uses without taking proper reading. It is really very surprising without taking reading of igl meter, how can your office raised a huge bill . Kindly take appropriate actions against erring official and forward igl bill after taking proper reading.

Delay in new igl connection no4001828349 and 4001828424
Since 17.04.2023 igl has not installed connection. gas pipe is available in service lane of new rajinder nagar double story..many complaints at igl helpline but no body in IGL IS TAKING CARE. It seems no corporate governance exists in igl ..No email id of cmd, director or deviance committee is available. Security of rs 7000 is paid against each application. Strange that bypl or djb have installed meter in seven days. But poor governance and system failure in igl will force consumers to adopt malpractices. Centre govt or state govt or lg delhi should consider the other distributor/ operators of png gas distribution. Like desu monopoly broken by tdppl /bses/bypl. Igl management should enhance sale network by issuing new connection resulting gas connection/sales.

I have registered a complaint to which no resolution has been provided yet.
Problem:- " Please see attached image. Due to the connection, the steps have been extended. This causes a lot of trouble for movement of cars of neighbours since its a small street and every space matters. "
Some people co-ordinated on call, but never visited my home. All of them advised different things on call but never gave a solution. As per them
a) Ram Das - +91 8800447237. He denied that the work can't be done now since the Gas is live in pipe and they can't touch it now.
b) Nitin - +91 7906885200. He agreed to undertake the work but in his personal capacity and asked us to bear the cost of everything + some chai paani for him.
Since the beginning of pipeline work I cooperated with your personnel. I have even allowed to put IGL yellow mark stone in front of my house but now I am completely frustrated with your team.
Solution Intended:- " Kindly arrange for visit of experienced person and get the work done. Also if it can't be done then sadly I request you to dismantle the connection because I can't take rivalry with the neighbours for such a petty issue. "

Dear sir/madam, i want say that i complaint to your service provider. they seen the site for new connection of our house but they are survey for our house but i dont receive any type of issue. Send me the problem on my email, why you cant provide my application on front of your senior.
Poor mismanagement, IGL Pump D Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi
Regularly complained remarks in complain book,than after no improvement is found. Its again last visits, it is observed that the followings
1. Poor presence of staff,lame excuses are found in response if asked why unattended points.
2. No trained staff, no dress indicating, that person belongs to Pump staff.
3. Cards payment machines are rarely 1 or 2 out of 7-8 points, keeps customer waiting.
4. Staff behavior is poor etc.
Such types of issues are very regulars found in this pumps, more ever founds that no improvements are found after lodging continuous complaints.
Request to seriously look into these issues, further to avoid more irritations.
