विषय: KIA शोरूम Dhingra Motors, फरीदाबाद के खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करने बारे !
श्रीमान जी,
जिला फरीदाबाद में उपरोक्त शोरूम गाड़ी के साथ एक्सेसरीज के बिना गाड़ी नहीं बेचते है बेस मॉडल गाड़ी लेने पर बोलते है बिना एक्सेसरीज के हमारा शोरूम गाड़ी नहीं बेचता है जबकि किसी भी नियम में ये नहीं लिखा की गाड़ी के साथ कंपनी से एक्सेसरीज लेनी जरुरी है और अगर कस्टमर एक्सेसरीज नहीं लेता तो गाड़ी देने से मना करते हो बोलते है बुकिंग लगाने के बाद 2 महीने में गाड़ी मिलने की संभावना है और अगर एक्सेसरीज लेते है तो 7 दिन के अंदर अंदर गाड़ी दे देंगे जिस एक्सेसरीज को ये कंपनी देती है उसका बहार मार्किट में 10000 -12000 कीमत होती है जबकि ये 50000 रूपए तक मांगते है जबकि ये सरासर कंपनी के द्वारा कस्टोमेरो के साथ धोका किया जा रहा है इसलिए उपरोक्त शोरूम को तुरंत प्रभाव से बंद किया जाए मालिक के खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही की जाए !

Late delivery

I booked kia seltos automatic petrol as on 15.11.22 as paid advance rs 25000 and committed delivery within 2 months but till date not deliver the vehicle. i am following continue and dealer is not providing any company support contact and now they are telling new model will be coming after april 15th 2023 and for that have to pay extra, overall very poor response and service by the dealer. hope will do the needful.

Pathetic booking experience

I booked kia sonet automatic petrol on 17.01.23 as paid advance rs 25000 at Allied Motors, Cannaught Place, New Delhi and committed delivery before January End i.e. in 14 Days but till date not deliver the vehicle. i am following continue and dealer is not providing any company support contact and now they are telling company is not supplying Imeprial Blue colour. and If I want that colour then I to pay extra, overall very poor response and service by the dealer. hope will do the needful.

I had booked a car on 9 January 2023 kia carens from Amar Jyoti automobile, Patna. that time he was commitment to me they provide foot rest. my delivery date was 24/03/2023, i paid When I said give footrest, then the agency people said that there was no commitment, after that the agency staff misbehaved and extra payment from the payment of the car

Complaint regarding accident service
I am M.Ulaganathan Thoothukudi,Tamilnadu.I have been drove by KIA Seltoson 1st May 2023, Vehicle No: TN69BS8700 From Thoothukudi to Chennai on the way met with accident near Ulunthurpet.Immediately I inform to Troll free Number, they came and picked the vehicle and parked nearest dealer showroom Pondicherry. I handover all the original (Driving Licence,Insurance) for Insurance claim purpose.
I frequently asked pondichery KIA showroom,they told the spare parts not available for the delay nearly one Month.Past one month I hire vehicle for my transport to my office. I am not affordable for the expenses.So, kindly advice the dealer for the handover the vehicle.If it is prolong more than one month, You will replace the car & give new one. we confident with KIA motors for the quick service. So kindly do the needful.
