I am Ashok parsad Varma I was booked car on 9 January 2023 kia carenc in Amar Joyti automobile patna. that time he was commitment to me they provide footrest. my delivery date was 24/03/2023. i paid When I said give footrest, then the agency people said that there was no commitment, after that the agency staff misbehaved and extra payment from the payment of the car.

Bad post sales service

Sir I would like to address you that Seltos htx bought on 7th July but on 15th July I contacted to kia motors bhubaneswar odisha about back camera issue but they replied me as it is Saturday they can't help, again 16 july was sunday. is it your post service.?but when vehicle was not purchased regularly I had many calls from kia motors bhubaneswar. kindly improve your service.
