Sir, I was informed regarding my flight cancellation by Airline. I intimated/informed the things which your rep required for alternate. But after giving many mail, no response/reply received from your side which seems very disappointed. I booked flight with your site with belief to get better services but it disappointed me.

I have raised the cancellation request and there has been no reply since the reply.How many days does it take for refund to come from the airlines.

I am attaching the statement for the payment of the ticket of Devji Premji Hirani which was made by me.I would also like to bring to your notice that the payment made was NRE account which i think the refund would have problem therefore requesting you to issue the cheque in favour of BHARAT DHANJI PINDORIA.because money debited from NRE account can NOT be credited as per our Knowledge.please you are request to call me at 9825191276.

We could not find 24 x7 help line. Very bad.

I AM WRITING FROM LAST 10 DAYS BUT NO REPLY AND ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.

NO ACTION AND NO REPLY , NOT UNDERSTANDING WHOM TO APPROACH. IT IS A BIG FRAUD AS DEDUCTED Rs. 57445 /- without any my fault and air lines cancelled the flight due to covid-19.

I am surprised after more than one year, Why Rs. 57445 deducted on cancellation charges ( as flight was cancelled by air line due to covid19). it is illegal. Due to covid 19 flight was cancelled. How you can deduct from customers. Who I contact. It is very illegal and unfair as flight was cancelled by air line how he can deduct the cancellation charges when no fault of us and every one knowing the facts during May'20.
They are not talking to us and telling only talk to travel agents if he will raise the concerns then only you will get full refund.

It is big cheating with me. Kindly take immediate action at your end and no reply received from goibibo till date.

Do not book any thing from this company.

The ticket from Jaipur to Ahmedabad was made on June 26.

We had complained about the bus getting damaged on the way. We had to get the refund for this which has not been received yet.

I am writing from last 10 days but no reply and action has been taken. No action and no reply , not understanding whom to approach. It is a big fraud as deducted Rs. 15335 /- without any of my fault.

I I've reserved a room for the 8th and 9th of September. The room booking has been confirmed, and confirmation was also received through message. So I called the peaceful homestay owner to clarify the route, and I informed him my check-in time is August 8 at 2 a.m., but he did not accept it, so I cancelled the booking through Goibbo as per the owner's instructions, and he told me I'd refund the amount. Please write the mail to Goibbo.
So please refund my money
