Problem in app
I can't change journey date while booking flight tickets from the app.
Money yet not refund
We have booked Chennai - Sivakasi ticket through Goibibo in Sri Krishna Travels 2 Tickets on Dec 7th and one ticket on Dec 8th . On the journey date morning ( Dec 11 th ) we received a call from Sri Krishna Travels as the bus got breakdown and they cancelled and refund our money but still we have not received money . Please help us to get back our money .

Seriously not able to contact customer service in any way. Poor and worst web site i ever experience .
