Concerned person,

I filed a complaint for my product "BOAT AIRDOPES (CHERRY BLOSSOM)", t
on MAY 18 2021 which was picked up for the exchange/repair . I have been trying to reach customer care but most of the time I'm ending up getting no response or no results on that complaint. I've been hearing "your product will be dispatched with in 2 days" from past 1 week. And i just had word with one of your customer care executive again, and got to hear the same thing.

This has been my worst customer care experience. I want my product exchanged/repaired within 2 days or the refund.] Else I will have to take legal action against this as this taking more than the expected and guaranteed time.

This was not at all expected form a brand like BOAT!

Dear Team,

I registered complaint regarding my earphones on 22nd Aug 2021 then courier boy picked the earphones in the next day but still no revert from your side.

My ticket number 3186916, even uncalled up many times in customer care but still no one picking the call . when I checked the status of my complaint it's not showing.

It has been more than 15 days but still no updation from your side. I want my earphones asap.I am highly dissatisfied from the services , this is the first time when i watch these kind of the worst services.

No One Picked Up the Customer Care Number,

it has been 9 month ago since i am using boat rockerz 335 ocean blue. in recent days i claimed warranty there no message from team boat that he replaced me cheaper then by my product which i can not accept. its a very fraud cheating to the customer. you have to replace my replaced product . i am not going to accepted it i am not happy with that. for this i called many times for customer support . how could i accept your replaced product if i have already those two product which you replaced me. i am believing in boat support so that i complaint this that team boat helped me.

I bought 1 product from boat website but as a guest. I had given 1 complaint regarding product due to charging port not working but they asking me for invoice copy. I didn't get invoice copy because i brought Boat Avante Sound Bar 550 black as a guest not with login website. So Kindly give me invoice copy of this product.

Delivery date was 26 June, order is 13 day late. Order not received, Please help me. How do cancel order

I am talking about the issue that you mentioned only one product can be registered per number. If we have 15 products, where will we get 15 contact numbers from? We hand over products to the customer, so how will we arrange 15 contact numbers? I have 90 mobile shops, and each shop has 10 products. If we combine all 90 shops, where will we get that many numbers from? It's better to stop selling your products entirely. Either bring back the previous system where 10 products could be registered with one number, or give us the contact number of your head so we can discuss this with your top 10 bosses and get a quick response. Otherwise, consider that we will stop selling your products.
