I had booked 6 rail ticket on 8-12-18 at kandari express 2nd class digha to howrah, but I can not get any information from you but my balance had been deducted from my debit card, so please cancelled this transaction and refund my money.

I booked train ticket via Yatra app and made the payment via amazon pay. I recieved the message from bank about successful transaction but didn't find any booking on yatra app, nor on my mail ID. Booking has not been successful but I didn't recieve message of refund from yatra app. Refund the amount.

I'm Krishna Bhat, and I'm trying to book a train from New Delhi to Bangalore (departure date: December 31, 2022).
I used Google Pay to get a ticket in the Yatra app. My 4636.68 rs. amount was debited from my Google Pay. But my booking failed, for some unknown reason. I attached my transaction screenshot for your reference.

How can i get my amount refunded? When can i get my money? Please help me.
