Dear Sir,

I have purchased a 3 door PROTTON refrigerator from SONOVISION visakhapatnam showroom on 07.04.2016 vide their bill no.SL-222 for an amount of Rs.32400.00.

On 17.01.2020 I had a problem with the working of the fridge and have lodged a complaint online with your customer care regarding the non working of the fridge (cooling problem). Your customer care people has assigned the job to an authorized service agency M/S HARSHITA SERVICES. The service personnel has attended to the problem duly stating that there is a issue with GAS. He has loaded the gas and charged an amount of Rs. 2800.00 + 400.00 towards service charges. But, after two days the same problem persists and I had to again lodge a complaint with your customer care people vide complaint no VI300120790610 REGISTERED ON 30-01-2020. Again the same service personnel from Harshita services has attended and again refilled the gas and has totally tampered with the original connections duly fixing a coil outside the fridge and said this time the problem will be solved and will not recur. But sir, again after 2 days the problem still persists and again speaking with your customer care people again HARSHITA SERVICES have sent the same personnel has attended but along with a SENIOR TECHNICIAN, and this time they say that there is an issue with the COIL and it has to be replaced. It is really heartening to say that We had a very HIGH OPINION ON THE WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS AND YOUR SERVICES. But this lackadaisical approach of the the service agency is really surprising to us. Having send a totally inexperienced personal and having tampered with the originality of the Fridge is totally irresponsible on their part.

I request you to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest and restore the working of the fridge, else I may be compelled to take up the matter with your higher authorities and CONSUMER PROTECTION COUNCIL PLEASE DO NOT TREAT AS A THREAT, BUT IS ONLY MY AGONY

I had bought a fully automatic washing machine in November 2019 ..But it stopped working properly within 3 months . I raised my complain on 30 January 2020 but i didn't get any positive response yet. I made my complain highlight again and again but i got nothing yet. How a bad service of whirlpool is!!!! I thing i have wasted my money.

I have purchased a new washing machine 2/7/2020.after 15 days at 17/7/2020 . it's dryer stopped. i have call service center they provide the technician. After 7 days 24/7/2020 washing machine dryer and dirt level also stopped.i have call again the service center and they provide again technician. this technician also come again fist and second time. but I have replaced the washing machine because I have not face this problem again. I have face very bad experience with this. i want to replace this immediately.

Ihave purchase a whirlpool refrigerator iMagic 350 in 27th July 2020. On 6 Agust2020 i realised that my fridge is not working. I made a complaint (GHA10082085056) at customer care the service person come next day and check the fridge he said some PCB is not working he will come after two days and replace the pcb.Sir now it's 23-08-2020 , 13days to go my fridge is at the same position. I am very disappointed with your service. Now i realised that i choose a wrong company product.

On 13th feb 2020 i purchased refrigerator of 465litr. MODEL No. IF480D. In it moisture is coming and its cooling is also very poor and that's why the items like FLOUR, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, etc. are becoming ROTTEN in just 2-3days. Then i complained and it was replaced but after that the same problem in that replaced fridge and i am not satisfy with this fridge as it seems that it is manufacturing defect. Now you tell what to do?

I bought a double door IWA 143105749 model fridge on 25.09.2014. the first four years it was smooth working. After that the cooling issues generated. I contact to the Service centre and replied that the compressor was damaged. SO they change the compressor, In the next year the same issue generated and contact the service centre and change the compressor. The service is very bad and they service charge is too high. The fridge warranty is ten years. In this year it was also damaged.The compressor life is very short period, is in't it. It is too bad. I never purchase your product. I also recommend my guys to purchase other brands. My money value is very precious. I want whirlpool to take immediate action to rectify these problems immediately.

Washing machine (Fresh care 6112) Was purchased on 26.09.21 from Raipur electronics pvt ltd. Kolkata. New w/m was replaced 2 times. All three machines were defective. Very bitter experience of w/m not functioning as per system. Same valve inlet defective for 3 times. Third complaint lodged vide no. KOL25102126174 on 12th Nov. 2021 for refund of money. Till today, no response received from Whirlpool company side. Several phone calls made by customer to service partner m/s penguin service from 11.11.21. Till now no written confirmation received for their action on refund of money towards defective product. Total harassment to the customer for 2 months.

I have registered complaint on 23/3/22, but till date not replaced compressor as in warranty because of higher rates for replacement compressor in warranty. Customer Service center ready to replace compressor under warranty with higher rate as compared to market rate. For gas charging & OLP fitting they offer me total Rs. 3900/-

I have in same field so rates for gas & olp max. 500/- Rs. & fitting charges @ Rs. 1500/- total Amt Rs. Max. @ Rs. 2000/- so why we paid Rs. 3900/- ? I want Whirlpool to take an immediate action on this and get my issue sorted, else i will definitely go to consumer forum.

I ordered a Whirlpool 1.5 ton 3 star inverter split Ac from amazon on date 20-3-2021. I contacted customer care for service on 12/3/2022 .Sir said your complaint register. One of the technicians from whirlpool came to my shop on the date 15/3/2022 but unfortunately the electricity in my area was cut .He said i come tomorrow but he cannot come next day. Then I contacted customer care again on the date 17/3/2022 to register my complaint but my problem was not solved. Then I called on the date 28/3/2022. but not any response was given to me. Please tell me that I made a very big mistake. I bought a whirlpool product. Please help me out.

Hello team,

I purchased a Whirlpool fridge on 17 April 2022 and encountered that there is some manufacturing defect in my product and placed a complaint on 19 april 2022. Two Engineers also came to my home one is at 20april 2022 and other was on 21april 2022 examine my product and also told me yes your product has some kind of issues tomorrow I will come and replace the part. Now it's 26 april 2022 till now my query is not resolved. It's my new product and I don't deserve the manufacturing defect product kindly replace the product as soon as possible.

We buy a new whirlpool single door fridge 1.5 month ago we have a problem in fridge from last 10-14 days their is moisture in fridge area where the items are displace so we do a complaint in costumer care last week technician had come and check the fridge but they can't able to do solve our problem so I requested to you to replace are fridge within 1-2days and reddish colour fridge.

I have raised a ticket for the service of my refrigerator on dated 13.07.2022. (Ticket no. NAG13072225274)
After so many follow-up the Service engineer came for the visit on 20.07.2022.

He said that the compressor has some problem and it needs to be replaced, Till now nothing has been done. The compressor is under warranty. I have contacted the service center several times but there is no proper response and also have not given any assurance that they will visit and solve the issue.

Feedback about the machine:- It's hardly been 4 months and the compressor is having issues, even though the warranty is for 10 years and the service is really poor in spite of making several calls. Do the needful as soon as possible.

I had been purchased one Whirlpool Refrigerator on dated 03/07/2022 and after installation it was running ok, But suddenly over cooling issues coming in my Refrigerator. After few complains through customer service regarding on the issue the service engineer try to rectify but they still not repaired, as result all fruits, Vegetables are decomposed in the refrigerator. Already Service Engineer changed PCB of refrigerator but result is same like as previous.

It is happening through last 3 months and all phone calls & mailed laying at documentary level. I think it is manufacturing defects and must be replace with is in the running month. Already 6 months gone and there is no hope for better solution. Totally disappointed of your service. I want Whirlpool to take an immediate action on this and get my issue sorted , else i will definitely go to consumer forum.

I would like to inform you that with pain and frustration, I am writing you to convey the non-responsive and inferior approach of your customer care and your technicians in servicing of my AC. Just so you know, we have been informing you since June 2023 and now it is September 2023, June, July, and August almost three months passed and your technicians never visited the site and only say dox, do y, do z ...... All my other ACs of Voltas, Godrej and Sharp which are also 5 years CMC contract services are done, but Whirpool with whom we have been associated since 2000 I am noticing extremely poor in their service.

I purchased a Whirlpool AC (1.5T 3DCool Purafresh Pro 3S Copr INV) on April 29, 2019, for Rs 34,613. The AC comes with a 10-year warranty. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just four years of use. I lodged a complaint, and a customer care representative visited on April 21, 2024, diagnosing that the compressor is dead.

Despite nearly a month having passed since the diagnosis, no action has been taken to resolve the issue. We have been in continuous contact with customer care over this period but have not received any positive response.

Bad product because my refrigerator 07 may 2024 still not working condition. Technician remove all pipe, wire he not able to solve little problem. Very bad Service, third class company product Pin no 824211, Bihar , Gaya.
