Maine apni ktm duke 250 lucknow se li thi. Edhar Kai dino se mai apni bike ke part order kar rha tha. Jiske reply me company wale bas yahi bolte hai aarha hai ap 2 din baad pta kro again call krne pe unka reply hai 10 din baad pta kro.jbki maine bola ki ap advance payment lelo uske baad bhi order aarha hai sir aapka aajayega 15din ruko. 15 din ke baad cl krne pe ye bolte hai ki abhi apka order cancel hogya to apko phir se krna pdega.. aisa kriye ap 10 din baad pta kriye. pichle 1month se yhi btaya jarha. Bhaiya cutomer ko chutiya smjh liya hai. or Mai to bhaiya ye bike leke pachta rha hu. umeed hai yha se sayad company walo ka thoda dhyaan aaye or meri kuch help hoske.

My bike duke 200 registration 2020 january 24 were a starting problem. It is the bike was suddenly off during run time. Firts time when this happen the showrooms said thata it was the battery issue and i get back to the bettery to exide company kozhikode. They give me new battery and i put on to bike. Then 5 days after the same issue found. And i contact to the near ktm showroom and put there 3 days and they said they found nothing. Then the next 5 days it repeated. Now i am in the centre off road i can't reach my home. Due to covid i cant get any lift or taxi in my town. I want to talk to ktm company. my number is 8606001760

My ktm duke 390cc 2017 model TFT meter super duke not indicating a neutral light and current on spark plug in not showing up. I have change pickup coil wid gear indicator sensor, wiring, Ecu, speedometer. what else I have to do? also ktm showroom at Mahim Mumbai in india they're also not able to solve my problems. plz tell me what I else I have to do and what to change +91 9819927223.

Before giving my rc bike to showroom, it's in good condition. After my bike serviced in kolathur khivraj ktm service, i don't know what they did to my bike, side stand sensor stopped working after service. Few days later inside fuel pump started leaking, now my bike is not as good after serviced in kolathur khivraj ktm. I have changed my fuel pump for 5k in other service shop, even my sensor not working after that. I have driven my bike under 5,000kms from the date of purchase. This is very worst experience from ktm service, after the complain feed back they have done something with my bike I'm 100℅ sure, therefore I have decided never I'll give my bike service in any ktm service center.

Its been only 5 months since buying the bike and its engine has seized and the showroom service center are not agreeing to repair within warranty.

I purchased my Duke250 on 02/03/2022 from Athen Bajaj Nagercoil Kanyakumari. Its not been more than 15 days, the paint from my bikes tank area is getting peeled of automatically. I admire what kind of quality are @ktmindia provide for their customers for nearly 3lakh worth vehicle. i am very much disappointed with the issue. i request ktm India to kindly solve the issue in my bike.

Duke 200 bike. warranty me meter kam ni kar raha hai sokap gaya hua hai. service center ma jane k bad service center wala bol raha hai 3 service complete hone k bad hi ap ki problem solve hogi. lock down ki vajah se nhi kiya tha service.

I bought KTM Duke 390. after 30000 km run they offered me extended warranty of engine but at that time I deny to take offer. Suddenly after 600km my engine got seized and I pay 53000 rs to re-tune it. After that in 9000km twice time engine seized now again they are asking for 30000 rs and if I asking for root cause of failure they said impure petrol. I am not happy with the service which was provided by KTM INDIA AND THERE AUTHORISED DEALER FRONTIER MOTORS JABALPUR MADHYA PARADESH.

I purchase rc 200 recently accident. Andhra Pradesh, Chittoor KTM show room, Change new parts. I have issues some noise from my Bike. I go tell him no one responded, I trust KTM brand but, no one response.

I am facing a problem with the handlebar of my KTM 200 Duke bike. Despite several visits to your authorized service center and making adjustments, it is still loose. This is getting irritating and affecting my safety and riding experience. The service center has not been able to fix this issue. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
