The company has doesnt offers proper service, its is only interested to sell them. After buying a KTM sports bike you are on your own to take care of it.

I ride ktm duke 390 ( 2013) and er6n 650 ( 2016), purchased both from VIKRANT BAKAJ MEERUT, UP, India, first hand.

Request U to please launch 690 as well as 790 at the earliest, or else U will lose your customers. People are getting tempted towards RE 650.

I service my vehicle date on 22/05/2019. i want required the fork oil seal & front side left indicator but this parts not available at your workshop and advisor told me sir will let you know today evening but till now date no any call and mail from your side. very bad service and irresponsible ktm service. (DEALER NAME - SARVODAYA MOTOR PVT.LTD. BRANCH. MIRAROAD. )

Team, it is honor to have such services from KTM. My KTM RC 390 is in the dealer for the last 5-6 months after it met an accident and since that the vehicle is in the same condition at which i have given the vehicle to the dealer. We afre now used to visiting the dealer and than take a new date at which the vehicle will be ready and and when we visit to the dealer on the given date, wer just receive the new date. this is the 1st case.

Also had one duke 200 in the accidental state in the dealer of my brother, the vehicle is in the dealer at the same broken and damage state since 4 months, the funniest thing was the employee in the dealer asked for money to bring parts and once we pay the amount than they receive the amount from the cust they will start working on it. They also said the they are actually running short of money hence they need money to start the maintenance work.

If you cannot help than just stop harassing . Many of our friend after this issues who were about to buy have to opt different bikes with good customer services and atleast with a brand who don't beg money from customers prior to the start of maintenance.

I'm from Kerala and I had issue regarding my bikes heat sensor while I'm in Chandigarh. I had visited KTM service centre Chandigarh 12813. I had waited there for hours for my service and no job card taken and there are ignoring me and attending other native customers. Really bad experience, very bad customer service. KTM India please take necessary action on these kind of behaviour from Service centres and make moderate customer support of customers from other states.
